    I really danced more than 20 min but did not want calories burned to be over inflated since I did not have on my HRM, but I definitely worked up a very good sweat.:happy:

    Tue: 90 min = 25 min bike, 20 min elliptical, 45 min weights..............................270 min left!
    Wed: 70 min = 33 min Elliptical, 17 bike, 20 min weights....................................200 min left!
    Thu: 110 min = 20 min dancing, 90 min cleaning with HRM on......................... 90 min left!

    Monday- 30 min of Fire 30/360 calories
    Tuesday- 20 min of HIIT 20 & 30 min of Push Circuit 1/350 calories
    Wednesday- none :(
    Thursday- 60 min of Fire 60 & 20 min of Lower 20/732 calories
    Friday- 45 min of Fire 45/482 calories

    Total:
    275 min/2626 calories

    Remaining:
    85 min/-126 calories

    monday: 15 min challenge on biggest loser ultimate for kinect, 30 zumba/cardio dance, 30 min core workout. total: 75 min,, 275 min to go.

    Tuesday, 30 min biggest loser ultimate, 30 min cardio box , your shape fitness
    60 min, 215 to go

    Wednesday 37 min biggest loser
    178 to go

    Thursday 35 min run/walk intervals
    143 to go.

    I'm getting there! first week on the challenge.

    Monday - 80 minutes - 30 day shred workout and biggest loser last chance workout
    Tuesday - 30 minutes (my mountain of ironing HAD to come before exercise today) 30 day shred workout and 10 minutes of stepups
    Wednesday - 40 minutes - 30DS workout and 20 minutes powerwalking
    Thursday -105 minutes - 30DS workout and 85 minutes pwerwalking
    Friday - 80 minutes - 30DS workout and 60 minutes - no more trouble zones workout

    335 done minutes done so far 25 minutes left to do :)

    We are doing this - WooHoo - Everyone is doing great moving it in March

    I did 22 minutes today - 1 mile

    I plan to do another mile in a hour or so. I have some things I need to get done for getting ready for company coming in this weekend.

    I am so impressed with all the numbers posted this week...

    I've only got 2 hours in and plan to do body jam class tonight which means that I have to get an hour in on Sat. and Sun. I work from 3 to 11 on both days. I would really like to make the goal this week.

  • Mon: 45 minutes - 190 calories - walking my dog in the neighborhood (rest day) - 64 oz. of water
    Tue: 95 minutes - 729 calories - treadmill and strength training - 64 oz. of water
    Wed: 68 minutes - 611 calories - 3m run and strength training - 64 oz. of water
    Thur: 67 minutes - 623 calories - 3.5 m run and ab workout - 64 oz. of water (had to shove it down today )
    Fri: Nada - rest day
    Sat:
    Sun:

    Left to go: 85 minutes, 1,347 calories and 144 oz. of water

    No exercise but under my calorie goal at least :ohwell:

    WTG ! Everyone is doing so good.

    I did 1 mile on my treadmill today, jump rope 116x

    I am not doing so well on the 360 a week - but I am keeping track of what I do get done. So far 226 minutes on the treadmill since March 1. Dumb me was thinking 360 minutes for the month. DUH! I thought wow I can do that.

    i went to the doc today and i have the flu...no work all week and no exercise for at least a couple days (honestly just getting up off the couch is rough right now)...so its a under week for me...
    i haven't caught up well for a while, but in advance before i read back...keep up the excellent work everyone!!!! get in some great burns for me too :) haha
