    I did 1 mile on my treadmill today, jump rope 116x

    I am not doing so well on the 360 a week - but I am keeping track of what I do get done. So far 226 minutes on the treadmill since March 1. Dumb me was thinking 360 minutes for the month. DUH! I thought wow I can do that.

    I don't always make the goal...we don't beat you up over it!!! Point is, that we try. Just stay with us.:flowerforyou:

    Monday - 80 minutes - 30 day shred workout and biggest loser last chance workout
    Tuesday - 30 minutes (my mountain of ironing HAD to come before exercise today) 30 day shred workout and 10 minutes of stepups
    Wednesday - 40 minutes - 30DS workout and 20 minutes powerwalking
    Thursday -105 minutes - 30DS workout and 85 minutes pwerwalking
    Friday - 80 minutes - 30DS workout and 60 minutes - no more trouble zones workout
    Saturday - 50 minutes - 30DS workout and 30 minutes fitness tv body workout
    Sunday - 20 minutes - 30 DS workout

    405minutes done so far 0 minutes left to do :) - over by 45 mins

    Well, I didn't do so good this week as I had want....only finished with 180 minutes...but, that's ok, I started Zumba and Bodyjam and I learned to love them...so, it's all good

    Goals for this week:

    1) 360 minutes of exercise
    2) start kettlebell training
    3) Attend 3 classes at the gym

    Tue: 95 minutes - 729 calories - treadmill and strength training - 64 oz. of water
    Wed: 68 minutes - 611 calories - 3m run and strength training - 64 oz. of water
    Thur: 67 minutes - 623 calories - 3.5 m run and ab workout - 64 oz. of water (had to shove it down today )
    Fri: Rest Day
    Sat: 0 :sad: Had too much going on
    Sun: 59 minutes - 751 calories - 5 mile run outside(my longest yet!!! :bigsmile: )

    Didn't meet my goal, boo :cry: but 2,904 calories isn't too bad...

    Mon: 35 min C25K + 20 min Jillian Michaels 30-day shred
    Tue: 20 min JM30DS
    Wed: 20 min JM30DS + 35 min C25K
    Thurs: 20 min JM30DS + 60 min Cleaning
    Fri: 20 min JM30DS
    Sat: 20 min JM30DS + 60 min Gardening + 30 min walking
    Sun: 20 min JM30DS + 41 min C25K
    > Total 401 minutes

    My weigh-in is tomorrow, so I'll post that then. On Friday I was at 147.6 but I had pizza twice on the weekend, so this has probably wrecked this #.

    I did not make the 360 last week but I did do 310 min and burned 3,049 calories. I will take it for sure! I had a busy week.
