Squats 5/3/3 and 10x10 good mornings @ 70# - i have a cracked foot at the moment, so I had to trade in some of my normal accessories for some machines (booooooooooo) so i did leg press/extensions/legcurls.
not as much as I wanted for today, but it was enough.0 -
Walking around Home Depot was about as good as it got for me yesterday. Hehe.0

It's a low-volume week for running for me, so 5K (3.12 miles) at a 7:49 pace, plus a total of 20 minutes brisk walking to warm up and cool down. That makes 15K for the week. Next week, 19K. (I'm building back up after an injury last May forced me to take a couple months off; fortunately I could still bike.)0

Kettlebell lover here! Fitness Blender 40 min. Nonstop Endurance Workout, 45 minute walk along the lakefront with my dog, 30 minute bike ride after.0

I did 10 minutes on the bike for warmup, 30 minutes of AMT, 10 minute cool down walking slow on the treadmill and 10 minutes of yoga at the end for some stretching. I wish everyday could be the weekend!0
