Played tennis for a little over an hour this morning (until the light drizzle turned to a downpour)...am going to put in a little time (20-30 minutes) on the elliptical this evening and throw in some sit-ups.0

For 26NOV -- it was run 5.245 miles, 30DS, and weight-lifting.....hopefully, all this in prep for Turkey Day...lol!0
