This morning I did an Insanity Max 30 workout, but I ended up doing a T25 workout with my sister bc she only did 10 minutes of it this morning and then gave up. I did it with her and showed her how to take it a little slower and helped her push through it. She's gonna stick with it, and she's off to day 4 tomorrow!

1 hour of spinning! I just started (today was my 2nd class) and I am loving it... I love the music. What helps me get though is that I can sing along and not miss my step (like when I am running) and fall on my face... my feet are strapped into my peddles.

Yoga tonight and hopefully I'll have the energy to make up the workout I missed this morning (Tabata Strength - Max 30). If not, I'll have to do it Saturday morning before my fitness class.
