    1/8 - so lost 2 lbs ok but need to exercise , only went to gym once - shame on me. success- lost 2 lbs and didn't eat rubbish : )
    1/15- losing weight yay ! but got a nasty nasty cold and feel ill - not going to gym

    Struggles or successes of your week:
    Struggles: On Friday I fell over while on my morning run and bashed my face off the curb. Trying to convince myself on Monday to going back to running on Monday was hard. The weather has also been super horrible in Dublin for the past 2 weeks so it's a real struggle to force myself to get out and run.

    Successes: Even though it was really difficult to motivate myself to do so I've done some form of exercises every day this week so far. I've also started to eat better and say no to food/alcohol I don't really want anyway!

    Struggles or successes of your week: I came across this challenge and would like to join. Its been one week and it feels like the losses are slow. I've not been doing serious training just walking 35 minutes in the evenings. Glad though that I'm being proactive and consistently watching my calorie intake.

    Struggles or successes of your week: Yesterday was a struggle - not because I was hungry, rather because I just wanted to eat, eat, eat! Will be more focussed this week and will get in more workouts.

    Struggles or successes of your week: Started eating vegan as of 1/1 and it is still going very well! My only flaw now is I have found the vegan-friendly ice cream and sweets. I am tracking my calories and overall I am eating well. Just need to watch the junk. And the soy lattes. Trying to focus on drinking green tea instead of high calorie drinks. Training for a half marathon in March so I have been running or doing the elliptical almost everyday. Proud that my long run this past weekend was 8 miles! Gotta keep the motivation going!!

    Killed the weight I gained over the holidays, but winter boredom is setting in and wanting to snack more.

    I also noticed that we had metric and imperial measurements on here so I now have both for easier understanding by everyone.
