    Walk done. 1.71km in 22 minutes and 11 seconds - hardly breaking the land-speed record, but hey, I have to start somewhere.

    Legs...lots of lunges, squats, RDLs, leg ext, and Glute and Ham machine. I'm going to be crippled. Also, some side bar shoulder exercises.

    I worked out on the elliptical (easy pace) for about an hour this morning.

    When I go to the gym later, I'm going to work on back.
    Deadlifts, barbell rows, lat pull downs, and more rows :D
