Not really sure if it's counted as exercise or not or even how I would record it but I did 2 standing labs one was 1 hour in duration with just practicing suturing and the other was 4.5 hours and involved putting a sheep under anesthesia so there were lots of squats, straddling, restraining, walking and lifting a 32kg sheep from the floor to the anesthesia table (chest height).

Because I'm in school still I usually spend 90% of my day sitting in a classroom so I feel like I just finished an hour workout.

Stronglifts 5X5 - squats, bench press, and row. Still struggling with the barbell row, but I'll get there.

Four Rounds of 5minute row (good pace, resistance at 7, sweating like a hog and having to use lamaze breathing...). 10 overhead squats at 53lbs between each round. Fit it all in during my lunch break. Kept moving steady for 30 minutes. I'm whipped.
