Start of week 3 of month one of Insanity! Followed by a five minutes of kettlebell moves!0

Stationary biking for 20 minutes and 50 body weight squats, followed by 10 minutes of yoga just getting back into the workout scene0

Not really sure if it's counted as exercise or not or even how I would record it but I did 2 standing labs one was 1 hour in duration with just practicing suturing and the other was 4.5 hours and involved putting a sheep under anesthesia so there were lots of squats, straddling, restraining, walking and lifting a 32kg sheep from the floor to the anesthesia table (chest height).
Because I'm in school still I usually spend 90% of my day sitting in a classroom so I feel like I just finished an hour workout.0 -

Four Rounds of 5minute row (good pace, resistance at 7, sweating like a hog and having to use lamaze breathing...). 10 overhead squats at 53lbs between each round. Fit it all in during my lunch break. Kept moving steady for 30 minutes. I'm whipped.0

Stationary bike 10 minutes, treadmill 40 mins total which included 15 mins of jogging, the rest of the time a brisk walk0

I'm a Ranch Hand in the mornings, so with all of the shovelling, lifting, twisting, throwing and chasing, I burn about 1000 calories in two hours. Then I jump on my bike (real or stationary depending on the weather) for an hour/12 miles. I do this five or six days a week. I love it!0
