@mearsy88 - You make that top look great! Isn't it awesome when you try on something that you liked before - but that maybe you had to squeeze into bit - and now it just looks fabulous on you? I have a light-weight hoodie I bought last Christmas like that - it technically fit and I really liked the hoodie, but I wasn't crazy about how it looked on me. I put it on again for the first time last weekend and it hung so nicely on me just like your cute polka dot top!5

You look amazing! What's been working for you?
Thank you! Currently just eating at a deficit. When I first started I was working out 5x a week, but since starting a new job things have been a lot more hectic so I've been slacking off with exercise (job is pretty active so I'm not totally sedentary).
I'm eating 1210 cals for a 1.5lb loss a week, I haven't cut anything out and don't worry about anything like low carb etc I just stick to my calorie goal. I do go over once a week and eat to maintenance for a treat day, so I can have things like takeaways, and if I want other treats during the week I'll eat less other days to bank some calories hope that's helpful? Haha4 -
Amazing thread isn't it?!?! So inspiring!0

30 lbs lost since March 2015 (fall photo weighed the same) 183 lbs vs. 214 lbs 5'712 -
So many amazing losses! I remember scrolling through this board (or similar ones) when I started for inspiration, so felt like maybe I should contribute towards it now I've lost some
Still a work in progress, so not quite a 'before and after' just yet, more of a 'before and during'
Started at 205lbs. CW 171. GW 160 (will reevaluate once I hit that and see how I feel, but will probably try and get down to 145 or something) Please excuse the messy bathroom in the background haha3 -

Aw thank you ☺️ I have to admit, I joined a gym, but found it wasn't for me and stuck it out for just two months. I did jogging maybe twice a week round the streets, and made sure I walked a lot too. Getting off the bus/train a stop or two early etc. All in all it took about 18 months x

I replied to a similar question a few posts up asking how I did it. I've upped my cals a bit since then to 1350, so my loss will be a little less than 1.5lbs a week. I'm planning on possibly lowering it again once things aren't so crazy busy!2 -

It would be 77 pounds. One stone is 14 pounds.0 -
Its so encouraging to see bodies and numbers similar to mine. You all are amazing! I'll try to get some current photos tonight to add to the thread.
Height: 5'8"
SW: 215
CW: 187.5
GW: not sure - but I'm feeling better about my higher-end predictions... so maybe 159.
