    Mood today?  Still raining and cooler. :)

    Tues- Leslie Sasone DVD 2 miles
    Wed - Yoga class 75 mins.

    Mood today? stressed, but happy.

    Sun - Did back exercises including planks & sit-ups. Also, did 50 push-ups & 10 seated triceps lifts.
    Mon - 1 hour of dancing -- done in 3 separate 20 minute sessions. (Originally only wanted to do 20 minutes, but realized I needed to add some calories so that I could eat supper).
    Tues- did back exercises including planks & situps. Did 50 push-ups, did 20 seated triceps lifts.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Got up early and did 20 mins on the spin bike b4 breakfast
    What would I have done differently? Nada
    What is today's personal goals? Meal plan for next week and hit the gym
    Mood today? :D

    I wore a pair of jeans that have been folded neatly in my closet fir 2 years... and the fit better today than they did 2 years ago :)

    High everyone,
    I'm new to the daily check-in. I've been with my fitness off and on for the past year. I started out at 219 lbs and lost 17 lbs so far. My ultimate goal is to get to 150 lbs again, but I've been giving up a lot when I don't see a weight loss for a few weeks. I need to stop doing that though, so I decided to join in to some groups on here for extra support. I happy to be here and look forward to seeing some pounds go away.

    Went on vacation and had no internet access. Was terrified that when I returned I would have maxed out my daily food diary. Actually went under several days. Got lots of exercise.
    Now that I'm back I'm having a terrible time getting back to the groove. My food intake has not been acceptable (to me) and I can't seem to get myself back into an exercise regiment/gym/pool.
    Ugh! Why am I having a difficult time? I expected to come back and have lost another 5lbs (or at least close)
