I am feeling super craptastic right now. I don't know what's going on. Plus it's raining, so I think after my husband comes home and puts in an NCIS, I'll spend the episode doing something low-impact like pilates.
Thankfully today is a recovery day for me, I just need to move.
I did spend 20 minutes dancing with pre-schoolers at work.0 -

Did 30 minutes pilates last night. WHEW!
Felt better today and good thing! 52 minutes lower body. 5 minutes warm up, 14 minutes strength (super sets), 13 minutes HIIT (lower body based), 11 minutes pilates and 9 minutes cooling down and stretching.
It felt really good to sweat and work hard.0 -
I've been exercising every day for the last 100 days, but only walking my dogs for an hour each day. It's great, but I need to do more! I'll join the challenge to do more exercise daily. Today I did 30 minutes of aerobics in addition to 70 minutes walking my beagles.0

50 minutes kickboxing/upper body strength with a yoga stretch at the end.
I'm at the end of my 8 week weight loss program. I'm so sad, it was KILLER. I'm starting a low impact 4 week program on Monday, just to give my body a chance to heal up, I have an ankle I have to baby. Then I think I'll do the 8 week program again!0 -
10 minutes treadmill, 30 minute hiit butt elliptical routine, weightlifting, 3 minutes crunches including incline crunches. I want one of those incline thingies. Next time I see 1 at the thrift store, Im getting it, if it's cheap.0

A little behind in logging...but never stopped exercising.
Day 32: Wednesday 28th: >10,000 steps, 60 mins walking hard
Day 33 (Thurs): >14,000 steps (personal best!) 90 mins walking hard
Day 34 (Fri): 15 mins elliptical, walked a little less, 45 mins
Day 35 (Halloween): lots of shopping (several hours at the farmers market, & up & down about 11 flights of stairs, No escalator, or shortcuts for this chick! No kiddies, no candy. Had fake tattoo's for Halloween treats.
Missed you all. A lot of hard work in here, wonderful job everybody!0
