    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes which was difficult with family game night
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I brought a homemade soup to family game night and that way I didn't eat junk although there wasn't much junk to eat.
    What would I have done differently? not had popcorn but I was still hungry
    What is today's personal goals? make a dinner and get some exercise
    Mood today? relieved that my weight which went up a bit came back down

    What would I have done differently? go to the Y
    What is today's personal goals? elliptical and focus on good food choices - quality and smaller portions

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Called my cousin and talked to his mom, he is battling cancer.
    What would I have done differently? Nothing
    What is today's personal goals? choir rehearsal and get a walk in.

    I went to a Yoga retreat Friday through Sunday and had Yoga everyday and walked so that was my exercise.
    The food was vegatarian all weekend and delicous. So back at a new week and see what we can do
    to make things healthier.


    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes back to routine eating.
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No goal set
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Getting caught up at home from the weekend with laundry.
    What would I have done differently? Probably exercised if my day would have been freer.
    What is today's personal goals? Walking - done and errands.
    Mood today?

    Mon- No exercise back from retreat
    Tues- Walking 45 mins.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? emptied out TV room to have it painted and made into
    a meditation room.
    What would I have done differently? Nothing
    What is today's personal goals? Yoga class and stay on course with eating - done
    Mood today?    B) awesome warm weather for Nov. 4th, I think we are spoiled.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I went to art walk and was walking much faster than last month so my knee is getting better
    What would I have done differently? just had tea when I went to the espresso bar to wait to go home with my husband
