I'm in this is great!!!!
My goal is not to eat after 7:30. It is going to be a challenge for me because I don't sleep good at night and that is where my snacking begin anything sweet then I'm back to sleep. Any Suggestions?0 -

I just found this post and am so happy because late night snacking is my nemesis. I'm late to the game, but I had started on my own this Monday. So based on that:

My goal is no snacking after dinner if I've already reached my calorie goal for the day. Good luck everyone!0 -

Wait - are you supposed to start over when you blow it? I have been tracking good days / blew it days as in my post above. What is the purpose of the * notation then, if you are supposed to start over each time? Thanks in advance. ~ Kathy
No, the streak is not a requirement. For me it's motivation, but the challenge is just to see how many days throughout the entire month you can be LNS-free.0 -

LNS: 3*Had a very upsetting incident last night and I let it get to me - feeling down, upset, etc. Absolutely no excuse but that was the trigger. Well, that was the ammunition. I put it in the gun and pulled the trigger, now didn't I? And yes, staying up too late watching a movie was once again, the milieu that made this oh so possible. TONIGHT will be a different story.
It happens to us all. The great thing about a new day is that we have a chance to start over.0 -

I am assuming you start a new streak when you blow it. Last night was a disaster after 8 pm and I had already used my 2 allowances on Friday and Saturday. ARGH!
A streak is motivating but not necessary. It looks like you are having a successful month, though!0 -
In the spirit of honesty, I blew it. Technically I did not. I ate off calories before 10pm which for me is the cut off time. It is only that late because some evenings I only get home from the gym at 9pm and need to have something in order not to feel extreme hunger over night. Yesterday I did not go to the gym but I was really tired from lack of sleep and had low resistance. So, I am taking the "spirit of the law" here instead of the letter.

I am going to give this a try. Been away for awhile and am returning to some old bad habits. LNS is my worst. You guys may be the boost I need!0
