    Day 6- five minutes of warm up, 48 minutes upper body strength, it was (KILLER!) followed by a five minute cool down. Also did an extra 14 minutes of stretching.

    Day 7- 25 minutes low impact lower body based aerobics, 20 minutes of barre work and 15 minutes of stretching.

    Day 11- 45 minutes Les Mills combat. I was going to do kettlebells today but I needed to de-stress with some really fun cardio today. I can do kettlebells tomorrow.

    Day 12- 25 minutes cardio, 12 minutes kettlebells and 5 minute cool down. It was a fitness blender kind of day.

    Day 13- 78 minutes, Leslie Sansone, five big miles!

    Day 14- 40 minutes Leslie Sansone, 20 minutes intense lower body barre work and a 6 minute cool down. :)

    Day 15- Les Mills ultimate warrior workout. Whew!

    Day 16- Les Mills kickstart (30 minutes) followed by upper body weights (27 minutes) on fitness blender.

    Day 19- 45 minutes walking, with the dog, lol.

    I will probably do some pilates later.

    Day 20- 48 minutes of a fitness blender five day challenge. 5 minute warm up, 15 minutes of HIIT, 17 minutes of weights (lower body), 11 minutes yoga/stretching.

    I celebrate 100 day streak today and my focus was on food. Did okay, but an exercise challenge for the next 100 days seems like the way to go! I am in!

    Day 21- Sixty minutes Leslie Sansone. My ankle was bothering me and I needed something lighter today.

    Day 22- 30 minutes Les mills combat kick start and 35 minutes intensive stretching on Fitness blender.

    It was the perfect amount of activity.
