    Goals for the weekend (not to be done all in one day)
    1) mow 2 of our 10 acres
    2) clean out the chicken coup (now that's a workout!)
    3) do a 95 minute (very hilly) hike
    4) eat less than 1,500 calories
    5) eat less than 1,700 calories
    6) drink atleast 8 glasses of water each day
    7) get 10,000 steps in
    8) get 8,000 steps in
    9) clean house/do laundry
    10) eat atleast 30% of my calories from protein on one of the days
    11) strength training for 10 minutes (I've made this a goal of mine so many times but have yet to follow through. Hopefully this accountability will make me do it)
    12) do some of the bill paying stuff

    I didn't put any goals today but I did pretty good. I wanted to report good news to you guys.

    This is what I did today:

    12k steps
    10 cups of water
    4 servings of veggies
    2 servings of fruit
    And I tidied up the kitchen!

    I am happy with myself tonight!

    Today:

    1. Do c25k week 4 day 1 (it looks daunting, I hope I can do it)
    2. Stay within my calories
    3. Do some yoga/stretching before bed tonight

    Next week:

    1. Finish week 4 in c25k
    2. Work on getting more protein
    3. Do at least 1 strength training session (ugh)

    Its been cake city at work this week, who knew that many people could have a birthday in one week? I have a study day today which means being home alone revising all day, been up since 6am and so far so good, normal on plan breakfast and coffee, going to have a pick me up snack of plain yoghurt, banana and maple syrup (15ml) then get back at them books. Been taking a 3-5min break every hour to have a boogy to the radio!

    Todays goal, to keep it up :)

    1) accurate calorie count!

    Thank you! I've struggled with the grocery store thing for months, but I think I'm finally getting the hang of it.

    Saturday: met 3/3 goals!

    Sunday goals:
    - 1550 calories
    - 5 fruits/veggies
    - Do yoga for at least half an hour

    Today has been the best day so far, everything has been on plan and exercise completed with a smile on my face. Normally by this stage I have quit... but today is day 14 and although I am now back at my re'start weight, still waking up each day to try again.

    Another day like today would be fantastic.
