I <3 yoga! I'm the type who needs a class, though. I often need the instructor to come over and correct my crappy positioning... :s

Today's goal is to complete weights day at the gym. I love weights day, but actually showing up is what takes the most effort. Once I get there, I'm good.

Yeah! I love yoga classes, but when I'm at home I use an app or watch videos for instructions and that helps

I drink lots of water, I eat lots of fruit and veg, I cook from scratch but I just can't say no to that extra piece of cake!

Today the goal is to say no thank you to any 'goodies' in the office and to have a banana or grapes instead.

Not sure it worked, said not till 3pm when it got really stressful!

Yesterday was a good Saturday, ate like a normal weekday, got almost all the jobs done in the house and had a friend over for dinner and a chat but stayed on plan.

Extra hungry for breakfast now, but the goal is to act like it is a weekday and keep up the good work.

I'm on my way right now for a midnight run to the 24 hour gym. It's weights day and I almost missed it. Glad this thread reminded me.

Garden done and trip to the cinema with the cub pack to see the jungle book complete with minimum snacks. Still on plan but feeling rather peckish before I need to go make dinner in the kitchen.... might have to have a glass of water or some fruit before I accidentally eat something off plan :)

I saw the jungle book. It was a good movie. And I can't wait for my garden to be done!

I'm super sore from playing a pick up soccer game Saturday for the first time in 10 years but I want to run a 5k tonight after work. I think running will help stretch my sore legs!

My goals for today are to work on two small but significant habits I'm trying to instil:
    1) Drink 2 cups of water before every meal and snack,
    2) Do not snack while cooking or preparing food. If it goes in the pie hole, it gets measured.

I made my goals lower. I hope I can make them today.

Which goals aren't you meeting? A big help for me with going to bed early was some discipline and planning earlier in the evening... I work out early morn, so I'm in bed by 10pm, which means I start 'getting ready' by 9:30 and plan the night accordingly. At 930 I turn off TV or put the book down, brush teeth, wash face etc. then once I'm in bed, I have to be disciplined about no screens. Definitely a bit different for everyone but this helped me a lot!

So no I didn't make my goals. I wasn't feeling great so maybe that was it.

6c aqua, 13k steps, no planting, slept by 830, no shredding, not many veggies or fruits, insanity done. 2 goals completely. I'll do better tomorrow's goals.

I'm not really meeting any goals. As for the sleep goal, that's good advice. I did well last night and hopefully I will tonight also. And also make some more goals along the way.

I also love your goals for today. Good luck!

Just make it through today. One and a half more days of this hell diet/exercise routine I am on, then sweet freedom. It has been an exhausting 6-7 weeks prepping (calorie banking) for this vacation. But it was very successful and I can eat half of Europe now.
