I'm super sore from playing a pick up soccer game Saturday for the first time in 10 years but I want to run a 5k tonight after work. I think running will help stretch my sore legs!0

After a late start I want to achieve!
1 Plant some plants
2 Bike ride
3 Carpentry
anything else will be a bonus . All the best to my fellow strivers!0 -
My goals for today are to work on two small but significant habits I'm trying to instil:
1) Drink 2 cups of water before every meal and snack,
2) Do not snack while cooking or preparing food. If it goes in the pie hole, it gets measured.0 -

Which goals aren't you meeting? A big help for me with going to bed early was some discipline and planning earlier in the evening... I work out early morn, so I'm in bed by 10pm, which means I start 'getting ready' by 9:30 and plan the night accordingly. At 930 I turn off TV or put the book down, brush teeth, wash face etc. then once I'm in bed, I have to be disciplined about no screens. Definitely a bit different for everyone but this helped me a lot!

1. Definitely finish planting my plants!
2. 8 cups aqua
3. 15k steps
4. A heap of fruits and veggies
5. Sleep by 9
6. Shred papers for at least 30 minutes or until I feel satisfied
7. Insanity Day 1
These are a lot of goals. I need to really push myself, so here goes again.
So no I didn't make my goals. I wasn't feeling great so maybe that was it.
6c aqua, 13k steps, no planting, slept by 830, no shredding, not many veggies or fruits, insanity done. 2 goals completely. I'll do better tomorrow's goals.

Thanks for asking.
I'm not really meeting any goals. As for the sleeping goal, I did well last night at least. I'll push today for more goals.0 -

I'm not really meeting any goals. As for the sleep goal, that's good advice. I did well last night and hopefully I will tonight also. And also make some more goals along the way.
I also love your goals for today. Good luck!0 -
Goals for Tuesday:
1. 15k steps again
2. Plant my plants again
3. Insanity day 2
4. 8c water
5. Shred papers again

Goal tonight is to either do an HIIT workout or go for a run!0

Just make it through today. One and a half more days of this hell diet/exercise routine I am on, then sweet freedom. It has been an exhausting 6-7 weeks prepping (calorie banking) for this vacation. But it was very successful and I can eat half of Europe now.1

Today: Hit the gym, run a mile for warm-up and then do weights day!
Done!
Tomorrow: mountain biking or trail running, not sure which one yet. Depends on my mood...1 -
My goals for tomorrow: Get up.
Study chess.
Study bible.
Exercise.
Cook and eat planned breakfast
Shower.
Get to work. (Quite late, as all the above takes a lot of time.)
Work.
Eat planned lunch.
Get home, late again.
Cook and eat planned dinner.
Eat planned snacks.
Plan tomorrow's meals.
Go to bed.0 -

I just clicked on this thread because I read, "What are your goats for today" and was really excited at what this might entail. There are no goats. I am now a little sad.
My goal: find some goats.
(Already hit my fitness goal, which was "Go to the bouldering hall even though no one else is going today and conquer that one green course that I've been trying for 3 fizzbungling weeks." Crushed it.)0 -
I want to meet my step goal and go over it.
Make my water goal.
Dance.0 -
to stick to my meals and macros 100% and focus on the positives0

Oops. Failed to meet my goal of mountain biking or trail running today. I got caught up in yard work instead, so it's not the end of the world. I may hit the gym later tonight after the crowds clear.1
