Day 25- 5 big miles Leslie Sansone, 88 minutes total.
I'll get the kettlebells back in once this sunburn stops the "nerves on fire" thing when I move wrong. Not quite there yet on my shoulders, but my legs are doing much better!0 -

60 squats, 40 sec plank, 50 crunches, arm dumbbells, 90 min walk/jog on treadmill. Plan to walk later today as well.1

Day 28- Les Mills combat, power Kata, 43 fantastic minutes of sweating profusely

7/29 (day 95) - 4.16 mile walk with the dogs at a 15:04 pace.0

Day 29- 40 minutes Leslie Sansone, 20 minutes barre work from fitness blender and 8 minute cool down and stretch.1

Just browsing the challenges and came across this one. Y'all are AWESOME. I love that some folks have been with it all the days, some stopped and picked back up and some are joining now.. I'll be in on an exercise challenge soon. Keep up the great work folks!!1
