A desire to get into a UK size 10 and have it fit properly. Went down to a UK 12 last week and those trousers are now loose. I can squeeze into a UK10 but it's a bit tight. Actually, my hips and bust are already a size 10, I just need to shift a couple of inches off my waist2

Want to lose 10 by Halloween! Got a great costume idea in mind and want it to work for me. I've lost 30 and have 30 to go before I'm really comfortable but just getting 10 more off is a fair goal for the short term.2

Since July 18th I'm down 12 pounds. So close to my 40 pound mini goal. That's my motivation honey4

To get down to 20lbs lost - 0.8 pounds left to go! ARGH it seems so slow, this has been my goal for like a month now and it's dropping little by little, but i'm not there yet!4

I'm currently using 22.5 lbs dumbbells for bicep curls and my mini goal is to move up to 25 lbs ; )4

After I reached my weight loss goals, my mini-goals these days is to sharpen that saw, so I decided to lose additional weight to fit in size 30 jeans which is what I wore at age 20.
I am in 32 now...

I hit a plateau, but have the following goals:
* Lose 5 -10 more lbs (lost approx 10 - 12 in the past year)--slow but steady
* More exercise (doing 30 min most days) ; want to add 2 hours of exercise on the weekends.
* More sleep (aver 5.5 to 6) need to reach 8 to 10 hours (got to turn off the media)--share some ideas please

This has been an incredible year -- I've lost 77 lbs so far. My next two mini goals are:
1) lose 2 more pounds to achieve a "normal" BMI.
2) lose one more pound and I hit the 80 lb mark. Exciting times!14 -
To be in the "normal" BMI category for my height. I'm 3 lbs away!12

Got past THAT goal and the mini goals just keep coming : ) next one is a big one so it might be awhile. It is to reach my 50 pound weight loss. Exactly 12 pounds to go!!3 -
I want to wear a button down blouse without the front popping open, I want to wear the new pants I bought that never fit, I want to walk in a bathing suit without my legs sticking together, I want to eat food for the right reasons, I want to put ski pants on and be comfortable, I want to take pictures and look at them, I want a sundress, I want to hike without worrying about being able to do it, I want to wear jeans shaped by my hips and not my belly, and last but not least it would be great if my underwear would not roll down19

Right now mine is to lose at least 10lbs more by middle of November when I visit family. Most of them I only see once a year around November. Last November I was around 199-205 not really sure and want to be in the 175ish range. Hope everyone's goals are going great and on track for what they want4

I very much want to start wearing a ring that's a memento of my grandmother on my middle finger again, instead of my ring finger, where it has sat for the last 3 years. It's finally loose on the ring finger, but still causing swelling when I try to switch it. Maybe in a couple weeks!5

Me too! I'm wearing my grandmother's ring on my ring finger right now. It can fit on my middle finger, but not for the last 3+ years.

My mini goal is really 3 goals in quick succession which I want out of the way by September. I am at 200.8lbs so first goal is onederland, second goal to get out of the obese class (197) goal three to get to 50 lbs lost (195.5). I am trying to think of a reward for this triple milestone.
Dipped my toe into onederland, was 199.6 this morning. I know enough about my body not to declare I am really there until I see it a few more times, but pretty psyched.
Feet planted firmly in onederland and am officially no longer obese, and 0.5 lbs from 50 lbs lost. Trying to think of a good reward. I am trying to decide between a spa day and a piece of jewelry. I am leaning towards the jewelry because I can wear it and think of all the work that went into losing 50 lbs.14 -
I create mini goals of 10lbs and shoot for a target date to accomplish goal!

The positivity in this thread is catching and has prompted me to define my own mini goals. 1) If I make it through the weekend without binging on carbs, I'll allow myself to download the album of my choice. 2) I'm working on relosing some weight I'd regained (boo) and when I get back to that wonderful lowest weight (exactly 20 lbs from today!) I'll reward myself with a beautiful new suit for work. Yes!!!6

My mini goal was to hit 170 which I did. Now I'm aiming for 160.8

My mini goal is 20 more pounds, I have lost 40 so far, and 20 more gets me out of the 300's forever! Then I still have a long way to go, but that's my first goal. I've never lost more than 20, but this time is different, im so motivated and focused, and i've lost 40 lbs in 90 days! so I know I can do this.15

My friend gets married in March. It's a destination wedding so it will also double as a couples getaway. My goal is to wear a 2 piece and have some serious abs. I've already hit got my initial goal of 140 now I'm shooting for another 10 lbs but I'd rather build muscle so I'm not quite if 10 lbs is the right number.5
