I hear he is pretty good with the shakeweight... If ya know what I'm saying.
I use that only on one side to correct hypertrophy imbalances between the elbow and wrist that have seemingly gotten worse since getting married.
I really have no idea what could have caused it.

If he doesn't understand how a statement that people "should" do something has implicit judgment woven into it, then you're never going to convince him that anything he said was poorly worded, poorly framed and generally just ... poor.
I don't think he has the critical reading skills he claimed. Or at least, they do not apply to his own writing.11 -

[quote="antdelsa;38268743"How? I'm not judging anyone, what I'm saying is if being healthy and fit is your goal then its necessary to push yourself
But if you arent pushing yourself you are cheating yourself, you know this as well as i do lets stop being politically correct and just be real, at no point do you go in the gym and say I'm gonna do worse than yesterday lol cmon man this is ridiculous, no we don't all have the same goals but with being fit how can you not strive to push just a little each day, how can you do the same thing over and over again and expect to get better? This makes no sense[/quote]
It will help you in business and in life to realise that NOT EVERYONE'S GOALS AND MOTIVATIONS ARE THE SAME.
Get it through your thick head.
For some people getting out there and doing what they did yesterday IS THE FRIGGING GOAL. And a frigging victory.
By continuing to say that it isn't you are insulting them.
When you insult them they tell you you're an *kitten*.

Oh I know. I do have to say that I'm impressed that Donald Trump has time to be posting here on MFP when he still trying to fill his cabinet.10 -

Should is suggestive when read in context, when taken out of context as it has and married with negative biased and preconceived notions then it is viewed as judgmental.
When read within context and within the intent of the entire thought it is suggestive, one word doesn't make something judgmental its the context in which the reader perceives that word that does that ...

You should stop posting.
I don't mean that to be judgmental and so if you don't like it you're probably just perceiving it that way.28 -

Because apparently the people who walk miles and miles aren't doing enough, despite them getting out there and doing something.6 -

Maybe stop listening to respond and go back and read your own OP?
Have you considered that if dozens of people don't get what you were trying to say then maybe the fault is with how you expressed yourself?
You keep trying to say you meant to say X but you actually typed out Y.
Here's some personal exercise experiences this month....
Highest calorie burn of the month I deliberately set out not to go for any PBs, the goal was simply to enjoy cycling in beautiful countryside. Three and a half hours at a gentle 16mph and it was pure joy. Goal attained.
Attacked a one hour goal on an indoor trainer, set a new PB but goal not quite realised. I will go back and try again until I get it. Steady state cardio (shock horror!) but at an extreme level. Perfectly aligned with my long term goal of doing some time trials.
Upset my badly damaged knee by mixing up my exercise. A couple of hours on the elliptical at a gentle pace while watching rugby on the TV. Goal was to enjoy the game while getting some gentle exercise rather than sitting on my *kitten* on the sofa.
Today my lifting session was compromised by the knee injury, a sound from my knee like a mixture of a creaking door and ripping silk means mixing up my exercise was actually a bad decision.
Can you see why the blanket do this, not that statements contained in your OP aren't actually good advice?

I feel like on this page anyone who comments with under 150 posts will be attacked regardless of what they say lol. If you gotta feel superior because you spend your life in the comment section of MFP I truly feel sorry for you. Have a blessed day!
Wow, in one post you:- attacked the entire form
- made yourself feel superior
- complained about people attacking each other and feeling superior
Well done, sir!
