Sumo pulled 225x4 today which is pretty exciting as a conventional puller. Too bad I can't link an IG video, and I don't feel like uploading via YouTube. Thanks MFP!

Remove the extra space and paste in browser. Hopefully that will work.

Did the same thing as ROBOTFOOD.

225 lbs bench, wide grip with bands (the tension being 5-35 lbs). Bands are the *kitten*.

I don't know if I already posted this but here's me benching 225 for 8 reps from last year. My goal is to get at least 10 reps.

Good idea with the bands. I gotta start doing that. @DasItMan91

I heard if you use them for one month, you will notice a difference in your lifts. I might also buy bands with heavier tension (like 10-50 lbs)

I did a meet yesterday. It's the first time I've lifted in a different federation. They have a 24 hour weigh in which is kick *kitten*.

I weighed in at 59.1kg but didn't do anything spectacular or get any PRs. However, I deadlifted without a t-shirt which was fun.

    Best squat was 107.5
    Best bench was 52.5
    Best deadlift was 142.5

I won best lifter for women (a couple hundred dollars worth of supplements) and got drug tested.

This is the best squat. They had a 33mm squat bar which was new for me and threw me off a bit at first.

This is the best deadlift. The also had a whippy deadlift bar. My third attempt was 150kg which I didn't get but was hoping I could with a nice whippy bar.

    Which federation is this?

No lifting videos today, but I got bench volume PR's today: 105x2x10 and 85x13 AMRAP. Bench is my weakest lift. Just a few months ago, I could barely bench 85 lbsx1 lol

That would be awesome! I have trouble right before lockout. I have the whole line up of EliteFTS bands except the 200lb+ resistance one.

my struggle bus with 255. wompwomp- I am NOT as strong as I was at the end of january- which is disappointing- leg mass program was fun- but killed my gains. Sigh. Oh well.

It's the CPF. I've always lifted in the CPU (IPF affiliate). However, now that I'm no longer on our Provincial affiliate executive, I feel free to branch out and meet new people

I was okay with the drug test. I've ordered them for meets in the past. It was random; one man and one woman. There weren't a ton of women. The only issue was I had no pee left so I had to sit and drink water until I had some.

That's like one of my top fears- having to sit around and wait to urinate for any reason- I don't know why- but totally causes me massive anxiety LOL

This would be me lol. Rest of the meet, peeing every 5 minutes. Suddenly out of pee lol.

It's even worse when you're over 50. I peed between every one of my attempts. I remember years ago someone joking about testing the masters women and having to wait around to manufacture more.

Solid deadlift workout today: 3x3 and 1x5 at 88.5% of my max or 500lbs/227kgs, last set posted on IG. The weight is starting to get fun, 7 weeks until my meet.

Anything's a PR with this since it's a fairly new movement, but I got 155lbsx9 (or is it 160?) for my top set of SSB squats. I'm pretty pleased with how my form is looking with these even though idk what my arms are doing even XD. https://Instagram.com/p/ BTrfnE4lBHB

Pulled a slow 414lb single beltless, stiff bar and calibrated ivanko plates. (34lb beltless PR).
Trap bar up to 374x10 after. Cardio death/10
BW is frozen at 187lb. Trying hard to get above 200.

At Penn State Uni gym. Pulled on a stiff bar, beltless with calibrated plates. 370 which moved decent. Then 480 on a trap bar. Loved the trap bar so much, I just ordered one on Amazon haha.

we have 3 at my gym- I pick it up like once every 6 months. I really should do it more often.

It might be my favorite piece of equipment now lol. I'm excited for farmers walks. Going to get my Double overhand grip strength to match my deadlift PR of 455 :D

I've never used bands. How iyo do they help? It sounds interesting.
