    Goal 24 hours

    Dec 1: 2 hours hiking with kids
    Dec 2: 40 minute walk outside 2.5 miles
    Dec 4: 5 minute treadmill, 15 minute Elliptical (2 miles) 20 minute Bike (5 miles) - for a total of 40 minutes
    Dec 6: 5 minute bike (1 mile) 15 minute Elliptical (2 mile) 10 minutes weight lifting (arms), 10 minutes treadmill
    Dec 7: 30 minutes Elliptical and 30 minutes Bike

    Grand Total 5 hours

    OK, I'm trying to post a workout, but it keeps telling me the comment has to be approved. I've tried 3 times already... maybe it's the format I'm using.... so I went another half hour coming to 18hrs for December so far.

    3 hours...burned 2500 calories...yes its accurate....totally shot

    So I am training for a century in 3 weeks, another fast 100 in May, a hill TT in May and a 24 hour race in June. Are you training for something, your volume is impressive

    Thanks. Nope, not training for anything. I just have a goal to shed fat and put on muscle. At 36 year of age, I'm racing against the clock. It's my understanding that it gets harder to pull these goals off the older you get. I just don't want to have to look back and say that I didn't take this opportunity while I still had the chance.
