25 minutes of Pilates on my reformer and a 30 minute brisk walk.0

I will teach 2 classes tonight - Watergym and Advanced Aquacise (I teach both 3-4 times per week and still go swimming in my free time!) Love it!!1

Three rounds of my home knee rehab (as prescribed by my physio) for recent ACL reconstruction (2 weeks postop)

30 minutes on the elliptical in the morning and 40ish minutes of strength in the evening.0

40 minutes in the pool moving the whole time. Can’t yet do 40 minutes of laps, but mixed laps with floating on my back and kicking, treading water and hopping across the bottom of the shallow end. And then had an epic water fight with my son .2

45 minutes of strength training (shoulders today), 15 minutes of ab circuits, then 25 minutes of HIIT bicycle cardio. I also walked for an hour during my lunch break at work.1

Morning: Inclined walk and back/shoulders at gym.
Evening: Week 7, day 2 of C25K (5 min warm up and cool down, 25 minute run), 10 minutes ab work.0 -
Swam 35 minutes. Walked the 2 miles to the gym, 45 min. spin class, 2 mile walk home. I also have a 90 min restorative yoga class tonight.0

Kayaking for two hours in a double kayak with the hubs0

I went for a run... I started out doing intervals of walking and running with the c25k app but during my final 3 min. Run, the app quit working. After about 5 min I realized it must have stopped working but felt pretty good so I kept running And ended up running for about 15 minutes straight! And I saw a deer. So exciting for me, although I’ll probably be sore tomorrow. We also went swimming today, took my dog for a walk, and moved two couches lol. (It counts)0
