I’m a bit late but I’m in. I start Keto tomorrow. Promised myself I’d give that plan a month and reassess then.
CSW -191.8
CGW -188.8. (Looking for a 3 pound loss)
1/5 - 191.8
1/6 - 191.2 (-.6 total so far) Keto starts today.
1/7 - 190.6 (-1.2 total)
1/8 - 189.4 (-2.4 total) Keto seems to be working so far. Very structured which is good for me and I’m pushing the water too.
1/9 - 187.0 (-4.8 total) WOW WOW WOW!!! Pretty dang excited about this! I know a lot of this was water weight as that toilet was getting a work out yesterday! Keto is my friend right now and of course the hard work I’m putting into it to stay strict and focused. Knocked this rounds goal out of the park! Keep moving down and forward.
1/10 - 186.6 (-5.2 total) still working it.
1/11 - 186.4 (5.4 total)
1/12 - 185.0 (-6.8 total) I had a very successful round and first week of jump start strict Keto. Tomorrow I get to incorporate a bit more variety into my Keto Diet. Ready for the next round.

@puttyputty Great on the pushups and pulling off the loss at the last minute! Never underestimate a woman on a mission!
@texasfarmer Impressive round! Another woman on a mission!3 -
Back again for another round! I gotta quit slacking though. I had a really great first round and a couple disappointing rounds since then. I'd LOVE to lose anything over 2lbs. Even 2.1 would be exciting.
SW: 169.0
01/03: 170.0- I cannot wait to be reunited with the gym

01/04: 169.4- I'm attempting an outdoor run today since it's not a frozen wasteland. Let's hope I don't die!
01/05: 168.6- I mean, I guess this is ok.

01/08:
01/09:
01/10: 167.8- Well…it’s been a hot minute. The wagon was dragging me behind it for a bit, but obviously it went alright.
01/11: 167.6- Only 2.6 to go until I hit 30lbs down!
01/12: 167.4-
I didn't lose 2lbs, but it looks like I'm back on track!11 -

This is my eleventh round. Just realized that despite a gain last round, I not only made my goal of being 155 by Christmas, but that I kept that til after Christmas too! We have one more party Jan 5, which we are hosting. The good news is I've already tried all the food! I have 10 more pounds to reach a healthy/normal BMI, and I think I may go down a little from there. I'm thinking that my UGW is 135. I'm posting mini goals below.
OSW 199 (June 15 2018)
R54 Pre-challenge start weight 177R54 SW 177 EW 175 (-2.0)

5/31 135 -- Final goal weight.
Goals--

Day/Weight/Comment
1/03 -- 154 -- There we go. Back again to pre-Christmas AND pre-New Year's weight. Did 45 minutes of zumba followed by a 35 minute jog on the treadmill (too rainy to go outside). Was super tired at the end of the day, so went to bed early and slept 9 hours. Of course it might have just been procrastination over cleaning and prepping for the party we are having Saturday!
1/04 154.5
1/05 156
1/06 157
1/07 157.5
1/08 158 -- Just caught up on everyone's posts. My week has beena mess. We had our party Saturday 1/5, so I wasn't surprised I was up a little on 1/5 and 1/6, but the continued climb is irritating me! I worked out a ton yesterday. 1 hour fast walk, 1 hour strength class, 1 hour zumba, 31,000 steps. Could be the extra exercise that made today's weight high. TOM also decided to pay a visit. Seriously? Thought I was over TOM! It could, however, be the cause of cravings/bloat/weight gain. Trying to hold on this round and get back into the swing of things. Treats lying around the house aren't helping either!
1/09 158 -- At least it levelled off. Definitely feel and look bloated today. Blaming TOM. Frustrated....but not losing it quite so much today!
1/10 156.5 -- Was so happy to see this number today! Mentally I know to stick to the plan, but the scale was really trying to get the best of me this week! Yesterday I missed my walk, but did strength training and zumba. Ate really well until a slight cookie fest before dinner. Still within calories. Hoping to be back to start weight by end of round.
1/11 156 Forgot to check in
1/12 155 Well the good news is I made it back to where I started this round, despite the frightening blip in the middle. Expecting a better run next round. Exercised my butt off this week. Apparently @abowersgirl and I are both very competitive when it comes to FitBit challenges!

@MadisonMolly -- Incredible achievement!
@iLadyT -- Remember this whole thing is a slow process, and the your body will go up and down on it's way down! The point of the 10 days is to see what happens in 10 days and NOT fret the daily roller coaster! Down over a pound for this round! You've got this!
@tlgale -- exercise is a bit weird and sometimes you retain water after....but don't fret!
Great losses this round!7 -
Some posts mentioned chair workouts. Below is a cardio bed (or chair) workout. This Quickie Chick lady, Laurel House, sounded a little sketchy to me when I first checked out some of her one minute workouts to do at work (2012?). She has some great workout ideas for times when it's not convenient to do a full workout. I'm still looking for the one minute workouts. This is a great workout for people who can't do much with lower body for various reasons.

This is the payoff from the last 3 weeks of meticulous tracking. I am really pushing myself to get back into this after a several month hiatus.
Thanks so much for the words of encouragement!!
See you in Round 65 ... I am planning a one way trip into onderland!

@FarmerCarla, that's right! And I get my inspiration from you and others in this thread day by day.2 -
Day/Weight/Comment:
01/03- Started the weekend walking and tripped over the water shut off valve on the sidewalk, had a hard fall. Worked on stretching today. Lots of huge bruises, cuts, and sore muscles.
01/04- Enjoyed a family day, went to the movies, a short walk in the sunshine and worked on crafts with the grand children. Continued stretching the bruising on my hand has not went down since Sunday.

01/06- Five years today - logging my food, on MFP.
01/07-My steps are going back up, 10,000+, healthy eating, back on track.
01/08- Hit over 10,000, planned meals.
01/09- Continued over 10,000+ steps, had my hand x-ray, it said soft tissue damage I still have bad bruising and swelling on my hand.
01/10- Walking steps still up, eating lots of vegetables and drinking water!
01/11-Today was not a good day my steps were down, not the best choices for meals, new day tomorrow.
01/12- Eating, healthy choices, went shopping to buy lots of fruit and vegetables.

:flowerforyou: Round 64 - SW 373.4 EW 369 (-4.4) :flowerforyou:
SW 373.4 – Round 64 (1/3/19)
GW 362 – Jan 31st
GW 299 – End of 2019 (6.2)
Day/Weight/Comment
01/03 373.4 - on WW a healthy day is a blue dot day. So far I am having a blue dot day And it is looking like I will get to my 7000 step goal today also.
01/04 371 – yesterday was not a blue dot day but I made some good choices -- not a lot of processed foods, and I made my 7000 step goal. I was up yesterday because of salt eaten the previous day, so I attribute the 2 pound loss to water I drank to rid my body of the salt. Either way I will take it Since I always seeing the scale going in the right direction!
01/05 372.6 – yesterday not good. Got in a small 15 min walk but only 6000 steps and overate. Today is another day. Weekends not good for me. Today I have a funeral, eating out with a cousin from FL. But I have a plan. I weigh in at WW Monday so I need to lose at least a pound by Monday
01/06 no weigh in – 7000 steps & 20 min Leslie Sansone DVD
01/07 373.6
01/08 372.6
01/09 370.2 – finally got back on track. Got in my 7000 steps yesterday, no workout, and a blue dot day.
01/10 369.4 – In the next decade yay! Now the goal is to stick the new decade until the next round Got in my 7000 steps, no blue dot, but no fast foods and not too much over on points so still a good day!
01/11 367.8 - Still in the new decade...yay! & I was finally able to move my MFP ticker or below my ticker weight. loving this challenge!
01/12 369 – gained yesterday. Celebrated too much yesterday and not sure about today either. Had too much salt. too many sweets. Still no fast foods. I had Chipolte's. I don't count that as fast food. But it is sodium filled. That did not cause gain. Weekends are always a challenge. Moving on.. I lost 4.4 pounds and I stayed in the new decade!! And I will take it for 10 days for sure. A great way to start 2019……Whooohooooo!!:flowerforyou: GW 299 - 12/31/2019 :flowerforyou:

Day/Weight/Comment
01/05: 235.5. I ate 1700 calories and did 2 hours of exercise (lifting weights and walking).
01/06: 235.5. 1900 calories for the day. Walked for 90 minutes.
01/07: 235.0. I consumed 1900 calories. Lifted weights for 40 minutes and walked for 90 minutes. I'm still going higher than planned on calories, but it's still below maintenance along with a good amount of exercise.
01/08: 234.5. I'm glad to see a downward trend with my weight. It's been awhile since I've seen that. Around 2200 calories today because I ate at an Italian restaurant. I walked for 90 minutes and completed a 35 minute workout so I was still in a deficit.
01/09: 235.0. 2000 calories today. 35 minutes of weight lifting and 90 minutes of walking.
01/10: 235.0. 2100 calories. 120 minutes of walking.
01/11: I forgot to weigh this morning. 2100 calories. 45 minutes workout. 75 minute walk.
01/12: 235.0. 2300 calories. 35 minute workout. 60 minute walk.6 -
I keep missing posting every day, but I do weigh in. So, here are my last few days.
Height: 5'4"
SW: 164.3
GW: 140-145
1/03 - Missed Starting Date
1/04 - Missed Starting Date
1/05 - 164.3lbs (was 163.3 yesterday morning, but made poor eating choices. Own it. No excuses. Enjoyed yesterday, now move on)
1/06 - 162.8 - ate well yesterday and ended the night with a cup of peppermint tea instead of a bag of chips (and, I had my homemade peanut butter bon bons......I made sure I had the calories left so that I could have some - I think this helped me not binge on snacks last night)
1/07 - 163.9 - had a sugar and chip breakdown yesterday - made poor choices due to stress. Get over it, and move on.
1/08 - 162.3 - another day of eating well and having 1 treat (this is what I need to do.....it's ok to have a treat, just not 50 of them).
1/09 - 161.6 - feeling good because I got back into the habit of working out before work (3 days a week).
1/10 - 163.4 - consumed lots of Chinese food last night and this always brings me up. I had a healthy breakfast and lunch, though. Also made room for a treat. No guilt, and feeling great.
1/11 - 162.8 - even though I am having an up/down relationship with the scale, I am feeling better and stronger each day. Overall - my eating habits are improving and I am working out again.
1/12 - 163.05 -

Day/Weight/Commen
01/03 143.8 the woooosh train has arrived, mind you I had a ton of energy yesterday (which are the days I absolutley love😍😍) so ended up jogging over 3 miles, walking over 30,000 steps and pretty much worked out right up until bed. I drank 1.6 liters of water and was way under calories...but even if I had worked for this drop, I am still shocked it happened over night. Today although, has so far not been as good. Because of yestedays workout craze, I was sore as heck! My steps are over 10,000 but otherwise I haven't worked out..yet. Once I am finished posting, I am planning at least a 1.5 mile jog (indoor because of how cold and late it is) and hopefully another routine right after..maybe strength...maybe an additional cardio.. maybe both. I will see how I feel when I am done. 1 liter of water and hoping my little workout will bring me to a maintenance calories wise because so far, I am way over lol. We will see
01/04 144.8 a small bump but i deserved it. LNS got to me 😥 16,005 steps
01/05 143.6 and back down, 22, 748 steps and worked out like a mad women.
01/06 144.6 TOM arrived last night so I am hoping this is just a bump of bloat, which I am definitley feeling. I am back....again lol. I planned to post every night but I have recently joined a lot of MFP groups that require end of the day posting so I think I will just do what I always did to begin with, post in the morning about the previous day. So the scale is moving slowly and I expected this after the holidays, I am hoping for a mini whoosh once this bloat dies down though. Today I am planning on hopefully getting to the grocery store. For meals it's been pretty good, sticking to healthier options but snack wise has not. Still have a crazy amount of treats floating about and every time I think my family has made a dent, I find another box or tin of something and the worst part is I am running out of veggies and fruits to eat so I don't go running to the cookies. Exercise this past week has been great but my eating could be a lot better
01/07 145 TOM bloat still here
01/08 144.4 slightly dissapoined. I am still slightly bloated but I worked out like mad, walked a little over 31,000, drank 1.75 liters of water and ate under cals. I am hoping tomorrow will be better 😧😧 hoping for a nice whoosh to end the round strong. Right now my goal is to get back to pre-holiday weight of 142 but I am hoping I can push out a little more. I didn't think it would be this difficult to take it off, especially because I got right back on track. We will see what the next four days offer. Volleyball tonight but I messed up by doing upper body strength workouts yesterday and today my arms are hurting, so much...I really hope it doesn't effect my performance
01/09 143.8 that is fine!! Slow and steady eh? I'm just going to have to kick my own *kitten* .
Anyway yesterday was pretty good, food wise. My brother brought me a Cobb salad wrap, which sounds healthy but ended up being closer to 800 cal...yikes!! Thank gosh I exercised a lot yesterday or else I actually would have been in trouble. Had volleyball last night for the first time since before holidays started and we kicked butt. Two matches, six games and we won them all!! Kind of shocked because the first team we faced is the hardest one in the league and if they didnt keep defaulting (not showing up, not having enough players etc.etc and a total of 6 times!!) they would most definitley be in first. We have been standing strong in first place all season but they still managed to climb to second....which I am still trying to wrap my head around because that just seems ridiculious to me. Anyways 26,000+ steps, 1.5 liters of water and under cals.
1/10 142.4 YES!! BACK TO MY PRE HOLIDAY WEIGHT!! It only took me 9 days *note the sarcasm* but I am here before the round ends so I couldn't be happier. Hopefully I can push out a little more and my weight doesn't stop here! I can't wait to see those 30s and as much as I am working for it, i have to remind myself to be patient and take it one step at a time. Nothing happens over night. Yesterday I ate amazingly, work out was fantastic but only drank 1 liter of water..😧😧 24, 661 steps.
1/11 142.4 my body likes this number lol, i know it is going to be so difficult dropping but I WILL perserver. Hopefully I can drop even a .2 tomorrow to at least enter a new low since joining the group but we will see. I am just going to have to work for it. On the bright side, I hit my goal for the round, so I am greatful and happy about that. Ate under calories, walked +13,000 steps and drank over 1 liter of water. Here is to ending the round strong
1/12 142.8 a slightly bump up from LNS, that's ok, still ended the round strong and hoping for a nice loss next week *fingers crossed*2 -

They're definitely more comfortable than the flat masks. The less expensive ones delaminate after a while, but they're the most comfortable. I sleep on my side and turn over several during the night.1
