I’ve done that combo with a different round and rep count and know the feeling. It’s the cumulative effect that tests one’s resolve. Good job!

Progressively overload by adding 10% to all my leg day lifts, nailed all my workouts, felt the "pump" and I feel so relaxed after a nice hot shower in the gym.

What I found odd with this is that I could at the beginning barely do 10 burpees. Then I got to higher numbers and could do 14 until I needed to catch my breath for a second, then I could do all on the last three rounds. But the kettlebell swings kept on getting more and more difficult. But then I've not done either in ages.0 -
30min PT- abs, ouch apparently this is going to be a regular thing.
3.1mile run (over half way through #redjanuary now and then a couple of my runs will drop down to 1.5-2 miles)
30min tabata
45min total body conditioning
Now to relax until the run to bootcamp tomorrow0 -
About 7.25 miles running, treadmill workout (because its pitch black, icy and foggy out at 6 am), but good nonetheless, included 2 super sets for about 4.5 miles of quality. Nice and EZ cool down, hot shower, good coffee and my office is deserted! Happy Friday!0

10 mile ride tomorrow and I am done biking until next week, when I do my shorter 40 mile alternate week. Turning off everything on my display except rpm and heart rate is really helping me zone out.
I could keep going, but no sense pushing it.1 -
Quick 5 miles run this morning. And finally a morning without rain! YAY! Not soaked to the bone coming back to the house. Almost forgot what that was like.1

One hour on an Assault bike. Steady State work (longer slower cardio) @ 50 RPM/roughly 145 or so Watts average (19 miles an hour if that really means anything on an Assault Bike).0

Did a pretty long (for me) hike at 10.5 miles with 1400' elevation. Tomorrow core and upper body only, my poor leggies.1

Today my eyes were bigger than my stomach. I did a KB complex consisting of clean, strict overhead press (R then L), swing, clean, overhead push press (R then L) and then swing, clean, rack squat and overhead push jerk (R then L) using a 24kg equals one round. My plan was 20 rounds starting a new round every 1:30. I threw in the towel after 5 rounds. Have done this workout before but didn't have gas in my tank. Spent the rest of the day eating big as I had been a little on the low side in the calories in department. We'll try again tomorrow.2

I thought I would start a discussion and have people post their work outs. Maybe give each other some good ideas! If I stick with the same thing over and over I get booorred.

That’s my week done. Good ride. Going to enjoy my rest day tomorrow. Easy 40 next week.1 -
12 mile run. Was supposed to do 15, but I'm still recovering from being sick last week and my energy level is just not there yet. I call it a win regardless.3
