    My 14-year-old son, repping out 225 lbs. Two weeks ago he couldn't get 185 up. I kinda hate him right now. :D (BTW, we're still working on that form.)


    He's going to be a strong boy In the years to come. I wish I had been able to start so early

    @quiksylver296 congratulations on your PR that had a good morning look to it as you began your ascend. Are those Tommy Kono knee bands?

    Speaking of good mornings, I got into doing them heavy for low reps and experienced squat load improvement when I was chasing heavy loads about 7 years ago. Don’t do barbell squats anymore. I’m now an older kettlebell dude.
