Been a dramatic week with hopistal visits and liquid diets and whatnot, but today was a mini success

@quiksylver296 congratulations on your PR that had a good morning look to it as you began your ascend. Are those Tommy Kono knee bands?
Speaking of good mornings, I got into doing them heavy for low reps and experienced squat load improvement when I was chasing heavy loads about 7 years ago. Don’t do barbell squats anymore. I’m now an older kettlebell dude.
