455, 475, 500 lb deadlift singles. Boy these felt slow and heavy today.

I didn't take video tonight. I almost wish I did, just for the lulz.
Worked up and did my double (deadlift) at 435, then reloaded for deficit deads at 380. Went to do my first rep and the right side wasn't moving. DAFUQ? I forgot to take off the last 45 on the right side.

Rep PR, and really happy to be hitting those singles after an 8 rep AMRAP!7 -
Bench yesterday. Wishing that top single moved faster. Guess there's such thing as a tough lift though.5

Got 9 reps with 315lbs on flat bench Saturday, got halfway up on the 10th. Disappointed, was hoping for 10-12 reps.4

Competed in my 3rd meet (2nd full meet) and went 8 for 9. Here's my favorite lift of the day, 6 lb all time PR and a 28lb meet PR of 281.1lbs/127.5kg. 300lbs is right around the corner!!12

Wanted to nit pick, but hitting 10 pounds under my max after an AMRAP isn't too shabby I guess.

I'm just trying to get used to staying still after a lift instead of racking immediately. My workouts are auto-regulated. I was supposed to work up to a single at an RPE 8 (leaving two reps in the tank). I'm glad that 515lbs is at an RPE 8 though. Current competition max is 507lbs but that's because I got called for early movement on 529lbs hence why I wait at the top of the lift now).3 -
