Latest success: started tracking my calories again. I had fallen off that wagon thinking I was monitoring what I was eating, but my loss rate says otherwise! and I know better lol. I lose more weight when I am actually tracking calories.
Goals: sweat more! Keep tracking calories, get out to enjoy the warming weather and make it to the gym at least 4x/week.2 -

Victory!!!🏆 I saw the surgeon yesterday for my post-op assessment and he says I CAN exercise! Any kind of exercise is fine, as long as I don't allow any sweat to get in my eye! 😭6 -

This week's successes: I felt really good this week, especially in the second half. I started exercising again which felt AMAZING, I drank more water, I started to do a few minutes of deep breathing every day, had good self control, AND invested in a FitBit!
This week's challenges: Still having trouble on some emotions and relaxing as of lately. Didn't lose any weight (and actually gained a weee bit) but I'm not sweating it (yet).

Hi, I'm a bit late but I'd like to join this challenge. I've been on and off with fad diets and yoyo'ing. A healthy achievable weight loss target sounds great to me.
