    Early morning sprints with my PT, 30min during which we got to watch the sunrise
    Zumba.

    Cant wait until I can start adding lifting back in. 3 days until my first marathon and 17 until my second and then a short recovery and I'll be back hitting the rack.

    Just over 30 minutes walking 3.5 miles/hr - 2 miles total. Have to go easy with exercise due to health condition so feel really happy when can do it!!!

    Wanted to do an hour today hard on the Air Dyne Pro bike. Only made it for 40 minutes. Not too disappointed. Was on pace for 1000 calories an hour. I'm still adjusting a bit to this altitude at my new home. Near as I can tell, it's around 4000 ft (possibly more) elevation. Averaged around (roughly) 232 Watts for the 40 minutes. Did a 15 minute cool down after.

    100 heel raisers with variations in different angles to target my big toes and my pinky toes :D
    30 pushups and a 1 minute plank
    60 bicycle style ab crunches
    40 back extensions lying on my stomach basically and crunching backwards
    10 pullups
    1 mile run

    Rest day, I have a streak going. Very busy with work so there may be more rest days until next week but then I'll be a rested man on a mission doing some serious training work.
