I have no idea where this came from. Maybe all my work is finally paying off! I am down almost 5 pounds this month. I’m totally expecting to stall for a couple of weeks after my loss that I have had the last couple of weeks.1 -

@171lake I'm not sure what is recommended, and I don't remember when I changed mine. I feel like having it set to .5lbs a week helped though. It gave me a little more room for daily calories, and it helped me set a more accurate expectation for my loss. The closer I get to goal, the slower it comes off.0 -
