Pretty good and high protein (39g) but too sweet!
Very different from my usual 200 calorie breakfasts, that's for sure! I'd fasted for labs and won't have time for a lunch break so that's my breakfast AND lunch.0 -

The ones I can get are definitely not huge! They’re 160 cals each, I’m thinking yours are maybe twice that?

Last night's leftovers. California roll your own handrolls, kakiage for dipping into soup. I did have to make an extra batch of miso soup this morning.
