Hello MyFitnessPal Family !
I would love for you all to join me on a 12 week weight loss challenge! We are a little over 12 weeks till the end of the year. Let's bring in 2020 with a healthier YOU! Let's encourage each other, and share as many tips and recipes during this challenge.
Here is my lifestyle that I will be partaking on during this 12 week challenge:
Highest Weight:296lbs
Current Weight: 245lbs
12 Week Goal Weight: 215lbs (2.5 lbs a week)
Final Goal Weight: 175lbs (weight-loss), 190lbs (bulking weight after weight-loss)
Friendly Reminder: NO matter what, just keep going!Tomorrow is always a new day!

- Low-carb lifestyle (under 60 carbs daily) - not Keto
- Intermittent Fasting (16 hour fasting/8 hour calorie intake window)
- 1 gallon of water daily
- 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar w/ the Mother
- Workout 4-5 days per week
- 1-2 cheat MEALS a week, NOT A CHEAT DAY

12 Week Challenge Lifestyle Goals:- 15:9 Intermittent Fasting schedule - Currently 14:10 going to 15:9 on the 23rd so this challenge is right on time
- Workout 3-4 x/week - This will change hopefully as we get further along in the challenge

I am in. I ve been losing 1lb a week doing 16/8 intermtitent fasting. I dont eat meat or drink milk. I do sometimes have cheese and fish but am working on getting rid of them from my diet. I need to get back into jogging as I have hardly done any exercise lately.
Away for four days in October but we I will still try to stick to the I F.

I'll join in. I'm not doing any type of plan, just lower calorie intake and trying to walk more. My goal is to be down 30# in the 12 weeks. Additionally, I want to get to a size where I am comfortable jogging. Years ago, I lost weight and took up jogging and LOVED it. It's not feasible right now, but I hope to be jogging by Christmas. Starting Monday!!

This is just what I need to do. I had some success a couple yrs ago but now I’m almost back at my highest weight again. I struggle with carb addiction. I’m out of shape too. Haven’t been to a gym in over a year.

Not really following any specific diet right now, just focusing on making healthy choices. I will be starting to food prep again as I find this helps me tremendously because I hate wasting food, so have no choice but to eat what I have prepared.
