Did not have time to workout this week but I managed to avoid binge eating, so good start! Gonna do healthy meal prep next week, look forward to it haha

I hope it's not too late to join! I've been trying to lose weight but I kept losing control and ate a lot of late-night snacks due to stress. I would like to join a community to keep myself accountable. I don't really mind my weight (it's in a healthy range) but I would like to look fitter. I really hope I succeed this time!

Didn't do to good this past week on increasing my water intake. I will work harder on increasing the water intake this coming week.
Also, work on doing upper body exercises to strengthen my arms, and taking a few extra steps a day as I'm able to.

This weigh in made me hopeful that I could still have fun and make healthy food choices, while roasting for 3 days at music festival. I drank a few beers, which I logged and walked 20,000-28,000 steps per day so that helped. Very motivating to know that life goes on and its all about planning and choices. And the icing on proverbial cake? Got to see Mumford and Sons, Billie Eilish, Kacey Musgraves and the Cure!
Goals for this week: Exercise every day. Log my food. Try yoga again after giving my sore back a break. Cook a few new healthy veggy heavy recipes.

Another crazy week!!! My mom is going home tomorrow from rehab - totally stressed about that! One more thing to worry about. Still need to get her a new microwave(she blew hers up) and I need to go grocery shopping for my tribe and for her. Then to top it all off I have 2 renos to do plus servicing my store! I will be so happy when this year is over!!
