Clean-the-fridge chickpea flour frittata, containing beet greens, zucchini, red capsicum and basil leaves, accompanied by roasted tomatoes and eggplant, a couple of chunks of baked kumara and 40g of avocado.0

Maple brown sugar oatmeal with a tablespoon of peanut butter and a half scoop of vanilla protein. With a cut up apple on top

Same! I will get to work and have a coffee (black) and then about 2-3 hours later I will either eat a banana, apple or oatmeal if I am hungry.0 -
