@banshee925 because I am a man that does not fall into the typical masculine macho type. I’m ridiculed from the way I dress, my interest or better defined as lack of interest in the typical male things. I’ve been told on a number of occasions that I’m too feminine. But yet and still I strive to stay true to myself. Thank you 🙏🏾
Well that's dumb. Personal opinion? I think it's cool that you're comfortable and embrace a.) wearing thongs and b.) whatever you wanna wear even if it is seen as "feminine". Also, your interests are your own. There are things I'm into that aren't "feminine" and things I am into that are traditionally seen that way, but which I think is utterly silly considering they are unisex activities.
I'd rather have feminine, true to oneself and some empathy and compassion than falling in that trap of assuming that because a person is "macho" they can't be any of the aforementioned things.
Gender stereotypes are the worst.2 -
Ever heard of a dopamine fast - I read about this last week - prolly total bs - but never know
I don't think that would work for myself (or anyone who has long-term depression/anxiety disorders). We already suffer from a surprising lack of dopamine as is. Would probably be a one way ticket to a worse depressive episode.. or worse things. Hard pass.2 -

idk if too personal but u mentioned quitting drinking and idk how much u were drinking but going sober is really *kitten* hard bc u have to live with lower dopamine levels until your brain kinda rewires itself back before u were abusing which can take a hella long time
u could just be social drinker cutting back, if so ignore me pls
anyways that dopamine fast *kitten* is based on addiction recovery but really wrongheaded way of applying it bc it takes years to get those dopamine receptors to normal levels after abuse, not some bs “detox period” of a week or whatever jmo
Was just something I read in passing - It could be total bs I know - but found it kind of interesting is all -

I have not actually, and well I understand the premise... I believe the real trick would simply be to find other ways to trigger a dopamine response, healthier ways.
In relation to alcohol, I've read before the reason why we turn to alcohol is simply because it quiets the mind...
This doesn't necessarily sound like a craving for dopamine, but it's quite possible that a quieted mind can trigger dopamine...2 -
My gf's phone got stolen it's and somehow my fault because I didn't do the dishes. Why did I think that dating women was a good idea?7

Sure. I'm more familiar with Nitrous Oxide, but it's probably something I'm not aware of. I'm not omnipotent, by any means.
Wait, you mean do it? As in Whip-its? I'm not sure if you had or not.

1) I forgot to do the dishes once and it ruined an entire village and 2) because they're great (much like cats, but different in some important ways)2 -
Every time I see this thread pop up in Fun 'n Games I read it first as "Have YOU ever crapped on the person above you?" and it leads me down this whole mental-thread about not ONLY being polite, but also gravity0 -

Mustering up the energy to fix my hair so tomorrow I can go to Costco to have my pic taken for my membership. Well, that & starvation... I'm plumb outta food... 1 can o' sardines will have to do today... I've no leftover energy to drive to the store. Exhaustion vs hunger... the former wins again.

Okay... The whole Peloton commercial controversy is totally stupid...
The only thing wrong with that commercial is that it too is totally stupid 😂...
But are we surprised? I mean Apple just tried to sell me an iPad or something for my grandfather by invoking the memory of my deceased grandmother... 🙄3 -
"disagree" doesn't even make sense in a lot of instances here.
Like how can you disagree with someones memories? Were you there? Do you know them personally? Are you psychic and calling them out as a liar?
It makes my blood boil
...and I need to chill the *kitten* out6 -

Lol totally...
What did you think of the fight?
Looks like AJ was content to hold on for a decision, literally 😂... I mean it's boxing and not fighting but I just hate to see someone win a game of tag...
I say Wilder beats him inside of 8 rounds...
But that Lennox Lewis style is hard to beat.0 -

Well, i think Andy Ruiz is a bum, at least for now. I dont see it changing though. He came into the biggest fight of his life out of shape and grossly overweight.....and lost practically every round. He then has the nerve to admit after winning the belt he partied and spent money and didnt really train.....and now wants a 3rd fight with Joshua. Nobody wants to see that. He got good money and no longer has motivation to fight, and after getting even more for this last one, he isnt going to change. Wouldnt even matter if he would just shut up and admit he sucked in the fight. But he even had the nerve to say he did well for a guy who didnt train......he lost me with that nonsense.
I think Wilder has the least amount of boxing skill out of Joshua and Fury. He just has other wordly power that neutralizes any deficiencies he has. He showed that in the fight against Fury. While i still think he lost that fight, those 2 knockdowns of Fury made the case for him getting the decision. I dont think Joshua can box perfectly and move away from Wilder all fight like he did with a slow plodding Ruiz. He'll get caught even if he wins most of the rounds, and then its all over. But im not even sure Wilder gets past the Fury rematch in February. Should Fury finish that fight on his feet I see him outboxing Wilder in an easy decision. Staying on his feet is a big if though lol
Sorry long post.....i just love this stuff man2 -

I always remind the complainer that "I am behaving."
It doesn't matter if it's bad. It's still behaving.
This just reminds me of a few weeks ago with my youngest niece. She was telling me about the bear they can take home from school for the weekend:
"How do you win the bear Jessica?"
"You have to be the bestest at being good... so I'll never get it".
"You can't be the bestest at being good?"
"...No. It's just not who I am".6 -
I'm just coming back on here for the first time in like 2 years, and I am tired of gaining weight0
