Yesterday:
Breakfast: 2 Coffees with creamer, homemade cinnamon roll
Lunch: Biscuits and gravy made with deer sausage
Dessert: Large slice of black Forest cake
Dinner: German beef pot roast, spatzel, braised red cabbage, green beans, 2 glasses German wine. (Christmas at my cousin's, they do "Christmas around the world" and this year was Germany)
Snack: Shot amounts of 5 different types of German beer
Today:
Breakfast: 1 egg, 2 slices of bacon, 1 slice of toast, and two coffees with creamer
Lunch: Small slice of black forest cake
Snack: 2 slices homemade deer jerky
Dinner: Uncertain, traveling home from Christmas at my cousin's so we'll probably stop and get something. Currently feeling Italian, Sushi, or seafood, so.2 -
Breakfast: fried egg with tomatillo salsa, toast with lemon curd, coffee
Lunch: English muffin mini pizzas with homemade marinara, green olives, mushrooms & onions
Dinner: black beans, coconut rice & fresh pineapple garnished with cilantro (large serving)1 -

Dinner:

Breakfast - coconut Greek yogurt, coffee
Lunch - small roasted pork banh mi, 1 shrimp summer roll w/ peanut sauce
Midday Snack - peppermint mocha with skim milk, no whip
Early Dinner - chicken spinach breakfast wrap from Tropical Smoothie & kid size chocolate banana smoothie
PM Snack - a "light" frozen entree, salisbury steak & mashed potatoes for 180 cal. Kind of gross actually but I was craving something along those lines and it satisfied my craving.
Today
Breakfast - oatmeal with peanut butter & strawberry jam, coffee
Lunch - Sriracha mac n' cheese made with wheat rotini and nutritional yeast, green onions on top, and a whole orange
Dinner - vegetarian Italian sausages (2), 2 types of squash pan-roasted, and a chopped salad kit with chipotle dressing.2 -

1/2 Whopper w/cheese, 1/2 large fries, 1/2 order of onion rings, 1/2 large sprite
Dinner:

Dessert and/or late night snack:
slice of lemon pound cake w/coffee and cream
2 naval oranges, black olives and 2 laughing cow cheese wedges
Today:
Breakfast:
cup of milk oolong tea, cup of emperor puh erh tea
Lunch:
5 pieces of thick bacon, 2 eggs over medium hard, jasmine rice, glass of T.J.'s 100% cherry juice
Dinner:
Ethiopian food: Chicken sambusa, beets, cabbage and carrots, yellow split peas, collard greens, salad(iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, hot peppers), 2 different styled lentils, eggplant dish, chicken doro wat (a super spicy chicken and hard boiled eggs strange and DELICIOUS dish) ALL eaten with their sponge bread called injera, can of ginger-ale to drink
Dessert and/or late night snack:
slice of plain cheesecake w/fresh raspberries and blueberries, cup of coffee w/cream, maybe some sunflower seeds (in the shell) and a couple of naval oranges.

Snack: Probably a protein shake made from almond milk, greek yogurt, banana, and chocolate protein powder
Dinner: Probably leftover potato leek soup and 2 veggie sausages
Snack: Cup of herbal tea1 -

Lunch- eggs, turkey bacon, chocolate babka
Snack- cheese puffs, green smoothie, mocha latte
Dinner- Amy’s frozen cheese pizza

Breakfast: didn't have
Lunch: Two slices of pizza from local pizza place, with garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Also a Coke Zero.
Snack: Dunkin Donuts unsweetened iced tea
Dinner: A salad consisting of: one garlic and herb tuna packet, spinach, arugula, tomato, orange bell pepper, nutritional yeast. Some brown rice with Earth Balance, sage, and rosemary. Also a mug of unsweetened hemp milk, and some blueberries. And my vitamin D3 supplement.
Dessert: Some Ritter Sport chocolate (milk chocolate with cornflakes and dark chocolate with hazelnuts), a Ferrero Rocher, and a mug of jasmine green tea.0 -
Breakfast: toast with lemon curd, fried egg, coffee
Lunch: homemade Belgian waffle, each section spread with something different (butter, peanut butter, strawberry jam, whipped cream), 1 oz. sharp cheddar, a few sugar snap peas.
Dinner: refried bean nachos with chopped avocado & salsa.4 -
Breakfast: Coffee with creamer
Lunch: 1/2 a burrito bowl from Chipotle containing brown rice, sofritas, chicken, Pico, corn salsa, cheese, and lettuce
Snack: banana, chocolate coconut Greek yogurt crunch thing, 2 pieces homemade deer jerky
Dinner: Herb pork chop with homemade lightened scalloped potatoes and roasted broccoli
Dessert: Either ice cream or a protein shake, depending on calories.2 -

Went to an organic restaurant this evening that had a HUGE selection of salad options and I loaded up on a lot of DELICIOUS things in this salad. I'll call it a "What's THAT" salad.
Huge what's that salad: about 3 cups of mixed baby spinach, arugula, romaine, kale, mint leaves, cilantro, 2 hard boiled eggs, tomatoes, mozzarella, asiago, goat cheese, mangoes, pineapples, oranges, apples, strawberries, cantaloupe, grapes, walnuts, turkey bacon, black olives, jimica, carrots, red onions, green beans, beets, avocado and a LOT of other yummy stuff. I just loaded this HUGE salad with everything but the kitchen sink and used a combo of Caesar and Dill buttermilk ranch dressing in separate containers (on the side) and dipped my salad in each. Ice water to drink
I also had some of my hubby's Roasted Lamb and garlic mashed potatoes as well.
Dessert:
Coconut chocolate macaroon w/coffee and cream
Late night snack:
naval orange & some shelled sunflower seeds2 -
Breakfast: flour tortilla w/ salsa, 1/2 avocado and a fried egg. Coffee.
Lunch: Steak & Shake triple steakburger with lettuce, pickle, onion & mustard.
Dinner: salmon patty, carrots & asparagus. Going to a NYE get-together where I'll share a bottle of prosecco with friends and have snacks. We're bringing pretzels, "fancy" cookies & cara cara oranges cut into slices. I'm looking forward to the oranges and prosecco mostly!1 -

Bowl of homemade chili (ground beef sauteed in onions, garlic, bell pepper, scallions, celery w/leaves,) chili powder, red kidney beans, tomato paste, black pepper, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and green chilis) original fritos in bottom of bowl, chili, shredded Mexican cheese, chopped raw onions & scallions, sour cream and more fritos on top. Can of ginger-ale to drink
Late night snack:

Snack: 1/2 a banana, 1 hollow milk chocolate ornament thing (pretty smallish)

Lunch: unsweetened vanilla soymilk; two scrambled eggs and sauteed mushrooms with black pepper; two slices of sprouted whole grain toast with avocado; salad (spinach, arugula, tomato, orange bell pepper, nutritional yeast)
Snack: unsweetened iced tea, roasted chestnuts, unsweetened chocolate chips, dates, fish oil and vitamin D3 supplements
Dinner: red lentil rotini with salt-free marinara with a bit of iodized salt added (the commercial pasta sauces all have way too much salt so I like to add my own instead); steamed frozen broccoli with Earth Balance and lemon-pepper seasoning
Dessert: blueberries and unsweetened coconut milk0 -
Woke up hungover & not super hungry, so we had a handful of snacks to up the calorie count for the day... but my one meal I did make:
Dinner: Caprese Tortellini
Spinach Tortellini from Trader Joe’s, tomatoes, mozzarella balls, olive oil, basil, oregano, salt, pepper

Breakfast: leftover Belgian waffle with butter & sugar free syrup, coffee
Lunch: TVP taco salad with sauteed peppers & onions, sour cream & salsa. Whole orange.
Dinner: Tofu stir fry with all the veggies & brown rice. Scoop of cappucino chunky chocolate frozen yogurt.2 -

bowl of strawberries, blueberries & honeydew melon chunks, 2 laughing cow cheese wedges, two large chocolate covered pretzels, 2 big hands full of walnuts, almonds and pecans2 -

Snack: 1 mint kitkat stick, a few sour cream and cheddar ruffles
Dinner: Baked spiced cod, lemon and herb quinoa, and roasted broccoli
Snack: Probably a hot beverage and a Morningstar breakfast patty or two cause they tasty. If not that then Enlightened ice cream instead!

Lunch: pork tenderloin with a romaine side salad with Italian dressing

Dinner: taco salad (romaine, seasoned ground chicken, crushed up tortilla chips & light Ranch dressing)1 -

homemade large butter cookie w/coffee and cream, maybe another devilled egg or two
