We needed to make room in the freezer and the bone bag (a ziplock bag where I save bones and vegetable trimmings) was pretty full since we roasted a whole chicken last Sunday. Contents of the bone bag are simmering with an onion for stock.3

Just made a batch of meatballs. They are cooking in the oven along with a roasting pan of broccoli and cauliflower.3

Tried Eggplant lasagna and tomato, cucumbers, green olive salad with feta. Eggplant lasagna was runny but tasted excellent! Will have to try again and try making it less runny.4
