Heavy lifting is helping me become strong, healthy, and fit!27 -
I never done so much core in my life. CX Work, Sydney Cummings, and some Adaptiv podcast workouts. Mar 21 (start of lockdown) -> May 3 -> May 17. Slowly but surely.
Scale says I’m the same weight in all pics. Same bf too but we know that is not entirely accurate. Any guesses on current bf? Scale says 17.7% but I’m thinking a tad more. This is me no water, no food, right after rolling out of bed and 💩

@alexmose - that is a fantastic recomp!!! I would put you at less than 17% honestly. I think you are probably closer to 15-16%.1

I haven’t even been allowed to come to the gym at all because she says I’m a “senior”. She’s 70. I have learnt it’s more exercise than lifting itself than to argue with her. She is one of a kind, an absolute doll, a joy to train with, and I am so happy to be back under her wing.
