This choreography is a little confusing...I really wish she had repeated the entire combo once more before moving on. There are 4 combos plus warm up and cool down. She's really good at building up, but then she splices it together and it's done. Idk, I'm having a hard time explaining what I mean.

Good one but... Oh my legs are so sore in only 2 hrs after the workout! God help me tomorrow am!!
She does loooong sets of leg exercises... she starts off with 75 squats broken into 3 sets of 25.
