    I did Sydney's arms and abs, a Jenny Ford intermediate step, went for a run/walk (cut short because of heat), got groceries. I finished up with a Jenny Ford march
    And then I had a nap!

    Looks fun with the kids!

    Good one but... Oh my legs are so sore in only 2 hrs after the workout! God help me tomorrow am!!
    She does loooong sets of leg exercises... she starts off with 75 squats broken into 3 sets of 25.

    She changed it up on us! Tuesdays had been shorter cardio+abs but today was 60 min/no cardio. 🤔
    Karla was live at 7:30 for basic step.

    Also 2 Lucy Wyndham-Read's resistance band lower body floor workouts.

    My warmup was from a Youtuber who subscribes to my Youtube weightloss vlog. I did his low impact cardio workout as a warm up and then I did Jillian Michaels Cardio 3. Today's my 5:2 fast day so that's all I'll do for cardio today.

    OMG, mine is going to be so long! My legs are injured but work out a lot, I did a bunch of short ones in addition to yoga, foam rolling, and arm weights! Here we go:

    He sure knows how to make you feel the muscles in your legs. A must-do-again workout, as I did with his lazy-girl for glutes!

    Luckily today is my upper body lifting day, but I am also biking around a lot! 🤦‍♀️
