    I've decided to try some of her videos as they come out, since I've been doing so much fitness blender I need a bit of variety (nothing against fitness blender, mind you), it's a nice change

    I did Hasfit 30 minute cardio with dumbells it was a good one! I am going to have to check out new peeps on the tube and up my game 😎

    I used a set of dumbbells as I don't have kettlebells. :)


    I like "men trainers" strength wo's because they do no-nonsense dumbbell exercises that allow me to use heavy weights! :(

    I do Sydney cummings workouts every day. I love her. I'll also go for a 2 mile run tonight pushing my son in our bike stroller.

    I see her recommended to me on YouTube, and she looks really strong. Just wondering if it would be worth trying instead of Sydney...

    I found this amazing YouTube channel. Caroline Girvan. It started when quarantine first hit to encourage home workouts. She is a gem. She uploads a new video each day so you don’t get bored and organizes them into playlists that you can choose from. Her works outs are intense but they are sooo worth it. Plus, you could do it at your own pace.

    I did these 2 today:



    The last one was a bit hard to follow as it goes so fast and no English subs. Not that you really need them to follow their workouts usually. It was the first time I tried a dance/kickboxing work out and I will try more soon.
