The two step classes overlapped, so I finished Karla's and then started Christine's about 30 min in.
Friday night I did this.
Saturday morning I did these two.
Sunday walked 5 miles at the park and did a circuit with the hubby. Jumping rope, push ups, dips, squats and burpees.

(I modify/use low impact versions because I live in an apartment and don't want to bother my downstairs neighbours)
