Almost back to where I was three months ago at the beginning of the year.

April 1st 2020 - 203.2

November 1st 2020 - 207.4
December 1st 2020 - 207.6
January 1st 2021 - 207.8
February 1st 2021 – 207.6 Does a 0.2 loss count LOL? Okay so January was a rollercoaster ride. I weight exactly what I did on December first so I am grateful that I did not balloon up any further due to all the Christmas holidays.
March 1st 2021 – 206.6 Yay. A full pound down. This inspires me to do even better.
April 1st 2021 – 207.6 Back up a pound. Gotta rein this in!
May 1st 2021 - 206.6 Better but still a bit disappointed. One pound in a month is just not good enough for me. I know I can do better.

@deepwoodslady
YOU are doing GREAT!
The say 5% loss results in health benefits.
10 % yields significant health benefits!
You’ve lost 18.8+ %. Go YOU 💪🏻🏅😁
202.4 lbs will be 20 PERCENT!!
3lbs x 3,500 calories/pound 10,500
Divided by 7 months is 1,500 cals/month
Or a decrease of 50 calories per day or an increase of 50 calories of exercise burn or a combo.
AND you will hit January 1, 2022 at 20% down!!! WhooHoo!
You’ve got this!!!

Thanks for the compliment and support. I am working so hard at this right now. Last summer I gained over 4 pounds during the summer. (Covid 19 shut-in?) So I am trying hard not to let that happen again in 2021.0 -

Of course @DeepWoodslady!
We are here for each other.
I ALSO gain over the hot months. I think I’ve figured it out:
1. I retain more water.
2. I love less because I need to stay out of high UV sun & that occurs over a much larger part of the day.
3. Exercising in heat is much less enjoyable to me - in part because I have to be all covered up (on meds that create higher risk of skin cancer.) I recently got some SPF 50+ Long sleeved shirts. I might look for some pants...
But here’s the key thing I realized: my weight dropped off when the colder weather arrives end of September.
So maybe we both just work to maintain until
The cold weather?! ❄️⛷⛄️
My best time to lose weight, curiously, is October to April
My Best

Putting in a concerted effort in July to bring weight down into my Goal Zone of under 157.3! I am definitely working to make sure I am there solidly by my 3-year maintenance anniversary Sept 1!!
Never Give Up. It takes effort, but the benefits are SO worth it!

Just checking in on you all. How is everyone doing? July has been good so far although at times it is like walking a tight rope. I hope all of you know I am thinking of you all and sending all good vibes!0 -

Decreased “calories in” a significant amount (for me) July 18th. Plan to continue through the end of July! Then re-assess.
