199.4 pounds this morning! Next goal: 50 pounds weight loss. 2.5 pounds to go.
Finally FINALLY hit 50.1 pounds weight loss. Now I'm 1.8 pounds away from 195 pounds, my next goal.
Also, my new gym has an assisted pull up machine. Next goal on that is to get to where I can do pull ups with only 100 pounds of assistance instead of 115.12 -
Mini goal - Get into my jean shorts before summer!6

I am 1lb from being below 180. Thats all I want for this or next week.
Weighting in at 179.6 this morning. YaY finally.
2 mini goals added :
1)Losing 1lb a week until my cruise in March.
1) Try again not drinking Coke this week. (I had previously been drinking 1 or 2 a day) Last week i failed but only drank 2 in the week. Hoping this week i drink none. Baby steps until i don't have the craving to drink them at all.
I have now gone down to 174 as of this morning. I am excited but going on my cruise this Saturday. So my mini goal is to Maintain or at least not go to crazy. Like my last cruise years years ago i am going to make it a habit to use only the stairs instead of the elevator and be more active.
Well totally enjoyed this vacation. Cant say i didn't gain a few pounds... but did good over all and only went 3lbs over but by the end of the week back to 174. now next goal to lose 5lbs. at 5'3 and 174 i am in the obese category on the BMI chart so aiming to be 169 to be in the overweight category. Hope in the next month or two I can achieve this.8 -
I just broke 150 so my next mini goal is to get to 145.

My next mini goal is to get under 200lbs (which is about 6.5 lbs away) by May 1st. It's not only a "yay! I'm in onederland!" goal, but that's when my BMI moves from the obese category to overweight.11

First mini goal since being back on the weight loss track is lose 20lbs (175) by mid June for a yearly church event. On the verge of hitting the 10lb (185.8 as of this morning) mark so 10 more to go in 2 1/2 months11

My mini goal is hitting 2 lbs a week (since I am heavier right now, this is obtainable). I really want to hit that 8 to 10 lbs a month mark.8

Entered a 100 mile bike event in May to raise money for The Alzheimer's Society.
RideLondon - Essex100.
It's motivated me to push my cold weather cycling limits over the winter and also to lose the "Christmas Pudding" quicker than normal to get to the bottom end of my weight maintenance range.12 -
To be healthier via diet and exercise for my 75th birthday on May 1st. So far, I've lost 21lbs since Jan. 1 and have worked out 4 times weekly since then.

I am taking my teenage son (with a humanitarian organization) to Zimbabwe in August to help finish building a medical clinic. I want to be strong and energetic - I will be the "mom builder" to 20 teenagers! So excited! But I need to get rid of the extra fluff that slows me down!16

I am no longer on high blood pressure pills and want to keep it up. I was eating out all the time and changed my high sodium food to lower sodium and more potassium. Yay to better food and no pills.10

Mini goal is to make it to planet fitness tomorrow. I usually workout at home or in my apartment gym, but I try to make it to planet fitness for strength training 1x a week.6

Mini goal is to get out of the obese range and into the overweight range, less than a pound to go as of today (closest I've gotten) but been within 2-4 pounds for about a month doing the yo yo, hokey pokey.

Setting small goals for the week is the goal for me. This week getting out of the 214 to 212, I'm there. By Sunday I want be at 211.5
