Good Saturday,
I don't care which time they leave it at but time changes hurt me. I am not looking forward to it.
Machka Yes, rtf. I figured I would work on tomorrow when I can do it uninterrupted then save the file to upload on Monday. It is hard for me to make progress and understand with interruptions.
Last night after dinner I had choices. I finished reading a magazine then debated on work, reading, coloring, crossstitch, or Christmas cards. I usually don't do those until after Thanksgiving and won't mail until then, but in honor of less stress, started them last night. I kind of took over DH's man cave area. Amazingly, he said nothing. I am sure it was because I was sitting with him. I did box it up to one box before bed. Because a lot of my friends are scattered most cards have individual updates written in them that are personalized for the recipient. If anyone wants a card, message me an address. I love sending them. Beth You gave me an idea for giving. I just need to figure out how to execute. I would love to send cards to a care facility as my aunt is in one. Will have to see how I can do that. My MIL would get mad at me for mailing her card as she lived next door. I explained that I love getting something other than bills and junk in the mail, so I would continue to mail. Christmas cards are my favorite part of Christmas. Gifts have simplified over the years. Experiences for many years...bowling passes, kings island passes, etc. The grands are all teens with one almost 21. Experiences got harder. I gave cash. I think I will do gift cards if I can get them to tell me. I have a budget. We also do the Saran wrap ball which has trinkets, money, gift cards, lottery scratch offs, and candy. One for each family. They all love that tradition. We usually go to their houses on Christmas day. This year work is closing the day after Christmas.
Bonfire tonight at nephews. Hoping to get Bronco back today. Architect is working on our garage drawings. I will be happy to get that done and our stuffs out of SIL's buildings (even though she doesn't use them.)
Continued healing thoughts for those in need.
Remember you are worthy of the good stuff!
Make the best decision you can at the moment.
Much love and thankfulness,

As rft, you should be able to copy the data and paste it into Excel.
If that puts all the columns into one cell, then use Notebook in between. Copy and paste into Notebook, then copy from Notebook into Excel.

Yesterday we took both dogs to the vet. What an adventure. They were running a bit late so we shared the waiting room with people and five other lovely dogs. Both Bessie and Annie interacted with the other dogs. I went up to the counter to check in and started to tear up when I saw the candle and sign that tells you that if the candle is lighted then someone is saying good by to their beloved pet. It's been over a year since Sasha and Bernie and the memory is still painful . I'm sad now just writing about it.
Jake hired his friend, the handyman, to help him move the washer and dryer so he could clean under them before the new ones are delivered today. They concluded that the water supply faucets are in need of replacement so they'll get new ones this morning and change them before the delivery. I consider it a great use of my financial resources to pay someone to help do something we can't do alone.

Good morning from the pre-dawn, chilly but no longer icy, Arkansas River Valley,
Corey's still asleep, but I always have a hard time on the weekends going back to bed after my body gets me up at 4 a.m. Not sure why, but I don't argue anymore, I just go ahead and get dressed.
I've got a lapful of kitty who's just looking for warmth and still waiting for us to start the first fire of the year in the fireplace. We're not ready yet to do that, it will probably be another week or so before the weather gets cold and stays that way. Ah, the typing disturbed her, so she oozed off my lap slowly, just in case I was going to stop...
Kim - Machka's answer (as always) is spot on. Other comments made sense too... the big one, of course, being that the best exercise is the one that you will keep doing. While swimming doesn't affect your bone mass, it is still very much an aerobic exercise (if you're moving hard enough and long enough) and that's good for your heart, lungs and muscles. If Levi, bless him, is still up to long walks, walking is a terrific weight-bearing exercise.
Karen - ((( )))
Barbie - Many hugs to you, too.
Supposed to warm up to 70 degrees today, and the second phase of the sunroom deck will be in progress as soon as my non-morning-person husband gets up and around. He wouldn't let me help while it was raining last week, but hopefully will today. For the moment, not doing much. Too cold to be outside, and feeling oddly restless this morning. Probably need to get my head into one of the projects that's hanging fire.
Later, babies,

I did the math on the Meyenberg Goats milk the rescue gave me. At 2 oz a serving I would have enough for 30 days. Well initially I was probably giving too much and throwing some of the milk out. Now I measure so I can keep track of what the pups are eating. Anyway I was running out of the Goats milk and didn't want to ask the rescue for more since they really had given me enough. So I went to Pet's mart and they didn't have goats milk.
Then I went to a local pet store and they only had cranberry goats milk in bottles. I purchased 2 but was anxious about giving cranberry to such young pups. Then I saw it wasn't pasturized and really got anxious. So I decided I would order some off Amazon which was 20.00 a package and I ordered 2 packages. But it isn't coming to Monday and I got anxious I would run out.
So I googled again and Google said Walmart had goats milk. Then I noticed on the package that the goats milk wasn't just for puppies but was for humans. So I realized I needed to look in another section besides the pet section. So a nice lady helped me and Walmart had exactly what I needed. I purchased 2 packs at 13.00 a piece. So Amazon is really over priced. The the ones I got from Amazon are not returnable. So I blew at least $50.00 on extra goat milk. Sigh. I had to say this story here because no
one else woud sit through my telling of it!
Best,

Rosemarie yes humans use goat milk. I had a cow dairy "allergy" since birth, but I could digest goat milk and cheese. I made hot cocoa with it, and it's good in pumpkin pie. The flavor is stronger than cow milk.
My dairy allergy has mysteriously gotten much weaker. The only reason I can think of would be changes in my gut microbiome. I have gone from an upset at a mere trace of milk to eating greek yogurt daily and the occasional dessert!
My chore today is to get rid of the piles of paper and books by my Mom's spot on the couch. Hope I don't find unpaid bills!
Annie in Delaware5 -
Barbie ... the lit candle makes me emotional as well ...
Rosemarie ... isn't it good to know that we'll "sit through the telling." Sorry you'll have more goat's milk than you need. Goats seem to be a thing around my neighborhood ...you probably could have gotten some cheaply near me.
Tracey ... I wish I had your ability to craft out my ideas. I'm not crafty and have to rely on finding pre-made things at places like Hobby Lobby. I'm going to look there today for a wall hanging that I can put in my porch alcove for Christmas that says something like "O Holy Night" or "O Come and Adore Him." I have a large nativity that sits on the porch at Christmas and I've slowly been adding to it. Etsy had some but I'm hoping to find one that's not quite so expensive.
Kylia ... I'm with you ... I do not like time changes of any kind. My biological clock always complains.
Kim ... bone density ... Machka pretty much covered it, but I'll just add that you really only can control bone density so much. My mom did weight bearing/impact exercise for years. Walked for exercise everyday (like Barbie) and still ended up with osteoporosis and developed back problems. Do what you can and what you like to do and then don't worry about it.
Karen ...
The wind was my friend yesterday and I was able to mow/mulch the leaves as the wind took the bits and pieces away! My favorite way to "rake." Now it's time to clean-up after my husband. He does meticulous work, but it always looks like a tornado hit when he's done. We have pieces of cut-off siding everywhere, wood piles from the OSB we installed, the garage floor is covered with tools, etc. I know his back is killing him, so I'll work at this with him as much as he'll allow because he needs to work on the snow-blower before winter sets in!

Hi Gals,
Allie – that insurance number doesn’t surprise me, but knowing the car payment and the insurance, is good knowledge. I don’t know in Connecticut but in CA our yearly registration (tags) is based on how much you spend, on my 2006 car the registration cost me almost $200. You may want to check on that number too.
I remember there was a conversation about folks who were personal trainers in their past, this question is to you all. I got a bone density test done, and to read the email the sky was falling, but when I looked at the actual results it is barely below normal for my age in 2 measurments and in the middle normal range on the 3rd. I sorta think these emails are computer generated. So my question – Is swimming laps good for bone health? I am struggling to find time for exercise in my life, and cut out a few things to add in swimming 64 laps (about 1 mile) 2 times a week. Which I like enough to keep it up even though that is a 6 hour commitment each week (drive, check in, swim, shower, drive) And honestly there are very few exercises I like – this is also free it is part of my new insurance. So I am wondering if it counts as both aerobic and bone health.
Love ya all,
Kim in N. California

Swimming is an excellent aerobic exercise for the entire body, especially for your bones and joints. It can also be helpful for anyone with osteoporosis, a disease that weakens the bones because it's a non-weight-bearing exercise.

I have a hard time with this. I seem to always want to give an excuse! I am trying but it is such a habit, I forget and start to give excuses. I remembered yesterday as I was ‘Laid” up and couldn’t leave the RV so requested the neighbor do my tasks. She did it with kindness. They are the best neighbors! But I still need to forget the excuses!

I'm probably late to the party - I believe one or more of you have mentioned Zentangles - Machka maybe? Rita? I just talked to my next door neighbor who said she does these every morning. They are very calming, help relieve her stress. I remember doing something like this when I was in high school. Here are a few videos:

Would not have been me. I don't know what zentangles are. First thing that leapt to my mind was my spray in conditioner to help me untangle my hair!
When it comes to colouring, I actually prefer colouring "real" things rather than just patterns. The patterns are OK sometimes, but I get bored with them fairly quickly.
Machka in Oz
It wasn’t me either, but it looks interesting! I’m not very good with drawing, but think I could do this! I’m with Machka though, I don’t really care for the patterns that much. Some are so intricate that I just get frustrated and put it away.1 -
Bea is sensitive to straight cow's milk, so she has goat's milk on cereal and in tea. It isn't as expensive as that though! Wow!
She can eat cooked cow's milk, as in ice cream, or cheese. Not straight cow's cream though.
We had an absolute downpour an hour ago. The water came over the gutters in the street. The sun is out now.
