Carol, my co-workers love TEMU. I am not getting political, but I read a post showing pictures indicating it is a sweatshop. My friends have lovely hair clips and stuff from them, and they are holding up. They shouldn't ask for your email password. There is a video about people's issues with Temu spyware and malware. According to my research, some of Temu's products are subpar at best. If you don't feel comfortable ordering from them, listen to your gut.

Rosie decided she wanted to go outside this morning at 1 AM. So "we" got up, lol. It's a nice sunny day so have a load of laundry hanging out in the breeze, will find a few other outside chores to do then grab a nap.

Alex my landscape/junk hauler guy was supposed to be out here this morning to go over my to-do list but he's still tied up finishing a project. No biggie. I'm not sure if they'll even be able to do much until we have a hard freeze and bushes and trees lose their leaves. Said he'll be here tomorrow.

Tracey: Belated happy birthday. That card is a keeper. Love the annual photo tradition with Johah. I could see that turning into a scrapbook unto itself.

Annie: For your mom's and other clothes you want out of your house, take a look at Thred Up. They send you a giant bag, with shipping prepaid. They list and sell what they can. They recycle the rest. Easy peasy and you might actually generate a few bucks. I use my online credit for a new piece of jewelry or an impulse purchase. I understand your excitement for the upcoming trip. You deserve a fun time and if a few new outfits helps with that, go for it.

You all are inspiring me with your decluttering. I purged a lot after DH and my DB passed. three years ago. Now, I have a limited number of clothes hangers, so if something new comes in, something else goes out. But, I can definitely benefit from taking another pass at the closet where I kept some of my guys' coats. They are in great shape and I keep thinking they might come in handy in the event I get a house guest from a tropical climate. Ummmm....time to get real. Don't need all of them.

I leave Saturday for Boston where N will pick me up and we will drive to Maine coast. As of last night he hadn't booked a room, but he has been researching options. He has difficulty making decisions, but I know he will get it done and it will be great. If I had been planning this get together, the reservation would have been done 2 months ago, LOL. This will be the 6th Adventure of the Golden Goobers. We might spend a few hours culling photos and jotting down stories to insert into a memory book just for us. 🧡

Night time foot and leg pain is no joke. I'm going to orthopedic on Thursday to get more information about what is going on with the tip of my 3rd toe on left foot. Some days, I can barely tolerate the feeling of the bedsheet on it. I also want to 'benchmark' the arthritis in my knee and hips and discuss future path. Life is too fun to be sidelined with low energy or diminishing mobility. Will fight to keep my vitality and radiant health.
