I'm not looking for criticism or hints.
I have family problems that play on my nerves hard. I forgive myself for not living a perfect life and not eating the perfect diet. Minor bad news yesterday.
This morning at 4am. Whataburger biscuit sandwich. Coffee ☕️ milk.3 -
Over 1200 calories yesterday for the first time since November 18. Partly due to this thread. It encourages me to try. I lost 12 pounds between November 18th and December 2. Not by design. Of course it's Partly water. I'm already gaining some of that back. But I hope to stop the slide without too much damage.
I overslept today. Up at 11:30. That's a good thing. I haven't been sleeping well either. But this particular storm is over. I will eat healthier and sleep better til the next storm. And there will be one. It's storm season at my house.
It looks like the total is going to settle at around 9-10 lbs lost in about 2 weeks.
I'm really hungry for a dunkin wake up wrap, but they're low calorie and keep me full for 4-5 hours, so that will have to wait.

I thought I ate a good breakfast today -- and then I came here and read cheesecake with cinnamon and syrup. All of a sudden my breakfast sounds pretty mediocre.1
