Mine is 200 step ups, using my stairs as I was late home from work today.0

I was doing an hour of Zumba, an hour of strength training, 30 - 45 minute 3-4 mile jog, & a 20 minute 1 mile walk. I did that 3-4 times a week x 3 months. But, now that I'm @ my goal weight, I've been a total slacker. Hopefully I will get back in the swing of things soon.0

40 minute swim
45 minutes Aquajog
500 crunches
200 plie dumbbell squats
100 dumbbell swings
3 hours in the gym
About to do half an hour on the Wii, half an hour on the stationary bike followed by 250 crunches and 125/125 oblique crunches.0 -

45 mins of zumba0

30 minutes on the elliptical, and 10-20 minutes of pilates videos. There. I said it. Now I must do it!0

i did ten minutes of resistance training this morning, working on my quads, and ive also been on a seventy five minute bike ride. might do some yoga later, but i dont know yet.0

Had a 30min spinning class this morning.
Going to do another 45min spinning class and a 45 min Kettlebell class. Then 15 mins ab attack.0 -
6 week six pack w 1 and Killer buns & thighs level 1. Getting sooooo bored with 6 w 6 p but only three more times left, then im moving on to week 2.0

well, ive done quite a bit of housework today, including washing the conservatory windows and door glass, inside and out, and quite a bit of mopping, washing, hanging out, ironing etc. plus ive done an hours quite brisk walking, and an hour on my bike.0

No posts in 6 days! How sad is that.
I have been in and out for the past 2 weeks. Never stopped exercising tho.
I took last Saturday off but that's it. Exercised at least 45 minutes daily...everyday! Go me!0 -
Today I did workout two of JM:s 6 w six pack and level 2 of Killer buns & thighs. It was rough but Im really proud I got through even though I had to take some breaks on the later one. Doing it again tomorrow, hopefully I will do better!0

I started doing the 30 day Shred on Monday along with an additional 20/30 minutes of treadmill or elliptical.0
