    Sunday was a rest day so today I got back at it with 6 sets of 5 reps Around the worlds, squat presses, and military presses with 1 minute eest between sets.

    today I cleaned the house then carried wood to fill the wood box then I played in the snow with my dogs .

    Plan to go to the gym tonight after work and do about 30 mins of the Precor, 20 mins of weigh lefting, prob 15mins of Ab work. maybe 5 or 10 mins of the treadmil & maybe a Whey protein shake to end the night. YAY!!

    4 mile walk with the dog, as well as walking the kids to/from school.

    Gonna hit the gym (in my garage) a little later for some Pilates, see if I can make a start on trimming this Christmas tummy

    I went to 2 classes: water fitness and spinning. I'm also going to walk on the treadmill for a 1/2 hour or so. I'm going out for Thai food tonight so I need to burn extra calories. :smile:

    Usually I go walking everyday for at least 30 minutes, most of the time it's 60 minutes in the mornings. And lately I've been doing an exercise regimen from a Navy Seals book that lasts for 30 days, and you do various callistenics and strength training exercises. It's simple to follow and rotates working on different muscles groups on different days. It only takes about 30 minutes to do and has helped a lot. I miss having an elliptical machine to workout on though, because I need more intense cardio than walking provides and an elliptical machine helps you to run without wearing out your joints like running does.
